"This is the Holy Grail of lead capture"
5/5
What do you like best about ConvertFlow?

My biggest headache the last 2 years has been not having a form builder/lead capture that had every feature I need. I need to embed some forms, use exit pop-ups (that I could launch across a whole site, not 1 page at a time), landing pages, and I get the most conversions using multi-step logic-based forms. Up to this point no single software seemed to have it all AND function without a crazy amount of errors. Finding Convertflow was a dream come true for a marketer. It works flawlessly. On top of that, it integrates extremely well with my CRM and is bringing me referral data I didn't even expect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConvertFlow?

Nothing. I've literally nothing wrong with this program. I guess maybe I'd like landing pages to offer pop-ups within them? That's all I can think of after a few months of deploying & using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michael Glover of ConvertFlow

Thanks so much for the kind review, Jacob. Great to hear you're loving using ConvertFlow so much ๐Ÿ™Œ By the way, you can create popups that show up on your ConvertFlow landing pages. Just create the popup as a separate campaign and then use the "If visiting ConvertFlow landing page" targeting condition on the Launch step. Or you can just edit the targeting of an existing popup campaign to include this conditionโ€”also possible with sticky bar and hook popup campaigns, too!

"Very extensive tool to convert website visitors"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ConvertFlow?

Targeting options and the diversity of the tool. You can create any type of widget or even build a full page. So for different campaigns, we're always able to set-up a widget that will drive conversion rates. Next to that, the direct integration with Hubspot works very well for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConvertFlow?

The user interface is not always super logic. The reason is probably because there are a lot of options and settings that you can adjust, but that makes it hard to find where to edit what. Sometimes the builder tool also has little bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective software with reliable customer support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ConvertFlow?

I have been with Convert Flow for nearly 3 years now. I am very happy with how effective it is. I find it well worth the money because I can easily see how well it converts. I especially like that when I ask questions either Jonathan or Mariana will reply to me. They do so within a reliable and reasonable time (due to different time zones) and their replies are always accurate, helpful and good-natured. This means their answers are useful and not time-wasting chains of info. Things are usually resolved or answered within one reply. The first pop-up that I designed using Covert Flow converts very well. I must try some more but haven't needed to because the original one still works so well. I chose Convert Flow because it integrates with the newsletter software that I've been using for years. They work well together and it was straight-forward enough to make designs with a similar theme across both pieces of software so that it is consistent with my website. What do you dislike about ConvertFlow?

I know that there are plenty of features in Convert Flow that I am paying for but haven't started to look at or implement yet. So I dislike that this is something still on my 'to-do' list! That's my responsibility though, not Convert Flow's! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great design and service"
5/5
What do you like best about ConvertFlow?

I like the design of my popups for my website and the landing pages I've made. They looked professional and was happy to make something on my own look so professional. I always got a response time within 24 hours too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConvertFlow?

There was really only one problem when hooking up my email automation with the landing page and popup, but the team worked very hard to make sure it connected correctly. It took a little while, but they took care of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great idea, but has kinks and not always user friendly"
2.5/5
What do you like best about ConvertFlow?

The templates are great, and the broadcast feature is really nice for creating timed campaigns. I also really like integrations such as WordPress and ActiveCampaign. Using tagging (CF's built-in tags) or those from AC is a great feature for showing CTAs conditionally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConvertFlow?

Unfortunately, the platform is not always the most user-friendly. There are still a lot of kinks to work out, the editor can be buggy, and there's a lot of complexity in actually testing and making sure CTA's work as they should. I have been using CF for years, and unfortunately, I still have to contact support nearly every time I use it, and I work in the web development industry. I cannot imagine what the experience is like for a typical user with not much tech experience. We've also had problems with CF loading custom fonts on clients' websites. It slows things down, and the "Your site font" setting never seems to save. It really does pain me to say all this because I think this is a great company with a great product; it just needs more ironing out. The support team is responsive and very helpful, and there is a wealth of great support docs, but I don't want to have to contact support or search for an answer every time I use the platform. They've made some stellar improvements over the years, though, and I am sure there is more to come. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A platform that does it all!"
5/5
What do you like best about ConvertFlow?

I love that convertflow allows marketing teams to create lower level conversion opportunities like modal, corner, quizzes and email sign ups. It also has a super powerful landing page tool builder that rivals all the big names in that space with more functions at a lower monthly price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConvertFlow?

The platform can at times be a bit difficult to use, especially with personalization and how it handles the underlying html. This I'm sure will eventually be solved with more documentation. Also in the rare instance where I've seen bugs the team was very quick to fix them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Advanced lead generation software that plays nicely with Segment"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ConvertFlow?

Convertflow is a solid advanced tool for lead generation and capturing email subscriptions. We use it as an all-in-one platform for all of our inbound email lead generation efforts. We were considering between Conertflow, OptinMonster, the native Elementor WP capabilities, RightMessage, and a couple of other tools. None of them are geared towards advanced marketers, so we decided to go with ConvertFlow.

The key features that sealed the deal for us are:

- On-site surveys. We have one main survey that we display across the whole website. Essentially, we ask our website visitors what is their biggest marketing challenge and then offer a relevant lead magnet. This helps us understand more about our audience but most importantly allow us to send personalized lead nurturing sequences based on their response.

- Advanced lead magnet flows. A powerful feature that allows us to orchestrate different lead magnet flows - e.g., if a visitor clicks on this button show them this lead magnet.

- Powerful segmentation. The segmentation is as powerful as our own marketing automation tool, which we are used to.

- Native Segment.com integration. Probably the most critical feature that made us go with Convertflow. We can easily integrate with Covertflow and Encharge through Segment and see Conertflow activity in our product analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConvertFlow?

I wish the landing page and lead builder was more intuitive. Yes, it's fairly powerful but I find it quite hard to use compared to other landing page builders and platforms in the space like Elementor and LeadPages.

The other feature I want to see is progressive enrichment of lead information. What do I mean? When a person answers Survey 1, Question 1 on their first visit, then visit the website again and see the same survey or another survey that contains the same question - do not show this question (question 1) but instead show question 2 (or any other unanswered questions). This is currently possible but very hard to execute as you have to manually set up all of the relationships between surveys and it's almost impossible if you have dozens of lead magnets. So some sort of relationship/sharing of questions between CTAs with the option of "Skip this question if it was answered" would be great. I believe RIghtMessage has a similar function. "Awesome Flexible Tool for Marketers"
5/5
What do you like best about ConvertFlow?

The fact that you can 100% customize landing pages without limitations and connect the CTA to Zapier or your CRM where it can be set to perform MANY different tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConvertFlow?

The only thing I'd say is that where you currently are in regards to Steps, Containers, Columns, and Rows while you're designing can be a bit confusing and would help if it was a little more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Recommend for targeted sales channels"
5/5
What do you like best about ConvertFlow?

I have used ConvertFlow twice now after being introduced at my last company. It is an extremely useful tool for sales and performance marketing to set up conversion channels for customers, especially for remarketing. I will keep using it, and I highly recommend this tool for any sales and marketing teams. It is very simple to create something that looks great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConvertFlow?

Low support level, no quick answers to find why something is going wrong. Most of the site you need to figure out yourself except for very general "help" videos. There isn't a good established community to ask for help like there is with something like ActiveCampaign or Zapier (other marketing/sales tools). ConvertFlow could do better, especially if they created a dedicated live chat channel. That being said, after some frustration, I was able to figure out everything that needed to happen to get all my automations running correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile platform for SaaS company"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ConvertFlow?

We primarily use ConvertFlow for displaying pop-ups, banners, and other types of messaging within our own SaaS application. Convertflow offers us the flexibility to show the whole gamut of content types that we require, including text, image, video, and surveys. The platform's builder is straightforward and allows us to design to our brand's specs properly. Conversion tracking is easy to report on, and Broadcasts allow us to dial in what we show to users and when. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConvertFlow?

The CTA builder is clunky and a bit unintuitive. The content editor, especially the text editor, is cumbersome. Saving and previewing changes is an awkward workflow. The integrations are mostly good (we integrate with Google Tag Manager and HubSpot), but we constantly get errors around integrations failing, even when they're not. Exporting data is a bit awkward.
