The templates are great, and the broadcast feature is really nice for creating timed campaigns. I also really like integrations such as WordPress and ActiveCampaign. Using tagging (CF's built-in tags) or those from AC is a great feature for showing CTAs conditionally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ConvertFlow? Unfortunately, the platform is not always the most user-friendly. There are still a lot of kinks to work out, the editor can be buggy, and there's a lot of complexity in actually testing and making sure CTA's work as they should. I have been using CF for years, and unfortunately, I still have to contact support nearly every time I use it, and I work in the web development industry. I cannot imagine what the experience is like for a typical user with not much tech experience. We've also had problems with CF loading custom fonts on clients' websites. It slows things down, and the "Your site font" setting never seems to save. It really does pain me to say all this because I think this is a great company with a great product; it just needs more ironing out. The support team is responsive and very helpful, and there is a wealth of great support docs, but I don't want to have to contact support or search for an answer every time I use the platform. They've made some stellar improvements over the years, though, and I am sure there is more to come. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
