**What do you like best about ConvertFlow?**

The knowledge base is a good resource of info, and good customer service.

**What do you dislike about ConvertFlow?**

Design functions are cumbersome and limited. Validate email does not work consistently. Recaptcha or captcha functionality is not available. Integration between CF and ActiveCampaign breaks down more often than not, so forms are not pre-filled w/ known info, leading to drop off and low conversions.

**What problems is ConvertFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can look at our conversion rates month over month - but per my dislikes, I believe our growth numbers are in the negative over the past few months because our integration isn't working correctly, and people aren't filling out the forms.
