**What do you like best about ConvertBox?**

Convertbox is a nice tool for get the visitor atention, and stop abandoment.

- Easy to use design editor
- Up to date design
- 2 steps pop up
- countdown
- nice integration
- segment leads
- If this... then logic
- Powerful behaviour targeting rules


The best is the targeting rules and the easy implementation

**What do you dislike about ConvertBox?**

They have a basic template, so if you wanna do something out of the box is kind hard. You cannot get fancy with the design.

Would be nice if have more freedom and option for the design

**Recommendations to others considering ConvertBox:**

Is a really nice tool, but is lacking on design. Is perfect for personal branding, or ecom, like cart abandoment. 

Convertbox is the best targeting app with layer and interrupt options... the bad is have  few option for design

**What problems is ConvertBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**
