ConvertAI is a WhatsApp-native CRM and AI Sales Automation platform for businesses that sell through WhatsApp. It centralizes conversations, leads, and pipelines inside WhatsApp, and uses AI to qualify leads, follow up automatically, and help close more sales without relying on generic chatbots. Key capabilities include a visual sales pipeline (Kanban) built for WhatsApp conversations, AI-assisted lead qualification and follow-up, a shared team inbox for WhatsApp, analytics dashboards, and integrations to keep sales teams organized and responsive. ConvertAI targets small and medium businesses in sales-driven industries (retail, real estate, services, education, and more) that want to convert more WhatsApp conversations into paying customers.
