When we first started to look into Convert.com we were having issues with the "flicker" effect in some of our tests. We were used to running tests with Google Optimise and we had worked on VWO. We've now been using Convert.com and we think it's one of the best tools around. The ability to run multiple client accounts within one hub, under one fee and the ease of developing and deploying within the tool. Also, the JS delivers loads that don't impact the experience - which is key. The tool is keenly priced in the industry as well. Where there used to numerous tools available at this price range, most have moved to premium pricing. Convert stands out as the value option, but without cutting key features. Also, miss the opportunity to assign tests to specific IPs which is really handy for testing without having to add parameters to URLs. A ten for me would come from more of a partnership approach.
