    "Citrix is Productive : I like that Citrix provides cloud services and I am allowed to connect to my system and do work almost anywhere. The set up that I have is simple enough to use. It is attractive and easy to navigate. If and when the servers go down/application is disconnects. I believe that it is good for a small sized organization or company. "

    "If making my life easy could be described I would definitely use Sparkcentral as the title: I like the queue management and that the account can be split and that notes can be integrated into the interaction. The flow of the interaction since it allow you to move interaction from New, Pending, And Resolved. With the previous tool we had use it was difficult. The SC team is very patient with our crazy request and explain things with a lot of understanding. "

    "The tool is very powerful but challenging to know and set up all the features within it: I love the ability to create boards with incoming messages from all of our owned social channels. This makes it easy for our social Reps to sort through the messages and respond accordingly. I also like the dashboards once they are set up, but creating them is cumbersome."

    "eGain excellent technology and great knowledge!: EGain is easy to use for business users: it is easy to implement new knowledge, conversations and emails without having to invest more than planned. Improve central customer service and metrics. Open communication and support are excellent during the update / implementation phase. It is really very short the training time of agents this allows, to the companies a great saving of millions in the process.The other thing that pleases me is that most of our customers who try the chat seem to like it. We have received many positive comments about the ease of getting help. "

    "Choosing SYA Was One of The Best Business Decisions We Made: SYA provides really good dedicate support for us without having to hire in-house employees to answer 1st and 2nd tier support. The agents work 24/7, even on holidays and weekends without us managing. We’ve asked supportyourapp to send a ShopperApproved review form to all customers after the ticket is resolved.
