## Conversion Reviews
 ### 1. The Ops Team Finally found a life vest to stop from drowning.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mario A. | Inventory & Receiving Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Conversion?**

The email & workflow builders are deceptively powerful, so enlightening. They look so simple but you can do a lot with them, and our team absorbed them up quickly. We saw broad user adoption within the 1st month which almost never happens with enterprise tools. The Conversion team also knows Salesforce at a deep level, which mattered because our CRM setup is not straightforward and they navigated it like they had seen it before. Must say we are pleasantly surprised and eager for more

**What do you dislike about Conversion?**

To be completely transparent, there was nothing lacking. We went in skeptic and came out highly impressed.

**What problems is Conversion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team had a sprawling setup that required heavy ops involvement for routine tasks. Administration was eating into time that should have gone toward actual marketing. Conversion pulled all of that together. The ops team is leaner now, driving up keep stakeholders stakes, campaigns get built and launched without a unnecessary queue of tickets, and we have clear reporting that leadership can access on their own. The ROI case we made internally played out faster than projected, which will be beneficial to our bottom lines.

 ### 2. Best Vendor Relationship We Have Had in Martech

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate A. | Account Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Conversion?**

How easy it is to do business with this company. From the initial conversations through implementation and ongoing support, every interaction has been straightforward and responsive. Their deployment strategists are available on Slack and turn things arounds in hours, not days. On the product side, the platform is low maintenance to administer and our team was fully ramped faster than any toll rollout I have been a part of

**What do you dislike about Conversion?**

I would be reaching to come up with something. it has worked well for us from the start.

**What problems is Conversion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our old system created a dependency on sepcialized ops knowledge for nearly everything. Campaign builds were slow, personalization was manual, and the time to go live on anything new was painful. Conversion flipped that. Marketers own their own campaigns now, dynamic content works the way it should, and we can go from idea to live faster than we ever could before. The investment paid for itself quickly.

 ### 3. Adoption Was the Easy Part

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam L. | Business Development Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Conversion?**

Adoption was surprisingly fast for an organization our size. Usually rolling out a new platform means months of training and resistance. With Conversion, most of the team was self sufficient within the first few weeks. The workflow and email builders are intuitive enough that people actually want to use them instead of asking someone else to do it for them. That shift alone has been transformative.

**What do you dislike about Conversion?**

I keep trying to find something and I just cannot. It has been a genuinely positive switch.

**What problems is Conversion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a bloated stack with overlapping tools, high contractor spend, and an ops team that was more reactive than strategic. Conversion consolidated a lot of that. We reduced our reliance on outside help, brought campaign execution back in house, and the return on investment showed up faster than expected. Our team is doing more meaningful work now instead of just keeping the lights on.

 ### 4. Simple Platform. Powerful MarOps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arnav M. | Researcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Conversion?**

For a small team, having one platform that handles everything is a game changer. We do not have a dedicated marketing ops person, so the fact that anyone on the team can build an email or set up a workflow without technical help is huge. The email builder is clean and fast, and segmentation lets us reach the right people without manually pulling lists every time.

**What do you dislike about Conversion?**

I do not have any complaints. For what we need it to do, it works.

**What problems is Conversion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to spend way too long on outreach that should have been simple. Sending the right message to the right group meant digging through spreadsheets and guessing. Now we segment easily, automate our nurture sequences, and actually track what is working. It gave a small team the same capabilities that bigger companies have without the complexity.

 ### 5. Our marketing data was chaos. Conversion fixed it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dane M. | Partnerships Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Conversion?**

We had CRM data that did not match marketing data. Engagement signals living in random tools. Segments breaking because one field changed. Reporting that required three tabs, two exports, and a mild emotional breakdown.

Conversions AI is actually making sense of your data. It auto groups audiences based on real behavior, surfaces accounts that are actually heating up, and connects signals across systems without us building 400 fragile workflows.

Instead of manually creating 25 rules to define “high intent,” the platform just figures it out based on engagement patterns. And it updates dynamically. No more static lists quietly dying in the background.

Also the personalization is not cringe. It is actually behavior based, not just “Hi {{FirstName}}.”

**What do you dislike about Conversion?**

If you are coming from an old school MAP where you control every tiny logic branch, you will need to let go a little. The AI is doing more of the heavy lifting, which at first feels weird.

**What problems is Conversion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were duct taping tools together and pretending it was a “stack.” Segmentation was manual. Intent was guesswork. Sales handoffs were guesses with 52% misrouting .

Conversion unified the data and actually made it usable. It updates audiences in real time. It helps prioritize who sales should talk to without us playing spreadsheet detective. The result: faster campaigns, way less manual cleanup, tighter targeting, and better pipeline visibility. We are spending more time launching stuff and less time debugging CSV files. Five stars purely because it made our data less embarrassing.

 ### 6. Finally a Modern MAP

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amilcar P. | Paralegal (Litigation), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Conversion?**

It simplifies everything.

Instead of juggling multiple tools, complex workflows, and constant data cleanup, Conversion brings it all into one intelligent system. The AI layer makes the platform feel proactive. It surfaces insights, keeps audiences up to date, and helps prioritize the right accounts without a ton of manual setup.

Overall it just feels clean, fast, and built for how B2B GTM teams operate today.

**What do you dislike about Conversion?**

Nothing meaningful. It has reduced complexity for us instead of adding to it, and it continues to improve. Compared to traditional platforms, it feels straightforward and easy to manage.

**What problems is Conversion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solved was fragmentation.

We previously had disconnected systems, inconsistent data, and too much manual work to keep campaigns and reporting aligned. Conversion unified that into a single source of truth and layered AI on top to make the data actionable.

The benefit has been clarity and speed. We execute faster, target more effectively, and have greater confidence in what our pipeline data is telling us. Five stars because it makes running modern marketing feel simple again.

 ### 7. The Migration Was Worth Every Minute

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Conversion?**

The deployment strategists made a real impression. During implementation they were on Slack answering questions within a couple of hours, sometimes faster. They knew our Salesforce instance better than some of our internal team, which made the whole migration feel low risk. Beyond that, the platform is easy to administer. We do not need a full time admin babysitting it, which was not the case with our old system.

**What do you dislike about Conversion?**

Genuinely struggling to find something. It has been a smooth ride since day one.

**What problems is Conversion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Campaign velocity was our bottleneck. Building, testing, and launching took too long and involved too many handoffs. Conversion compressed that cycle. Time to go live on a new campaign went from weeks to days. That alone has changed how quickly we can respond to market opportunities. Reporting is also centralized now, so leadership gets what they need without chasing people.

 ### 8. A Cutting-Edge Marketing Automation Innovation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Conversion?**

I love Conversion's support team; they're unmatched. We have weekly calls with their deployment specialists and a dedicated Slack channel, which is great. What sets them apart is their engagement in these channels, always responding to our needs, usually within minutes. They not only answer questions about the product but also offer suggestions and feedback on our marketing usage. It's clear they're builders of both a great marketing product and also great marketing insight. The setup of Conversion is light years ahead of other solutions, taking just minutes, with a one-click integration with Salesforce. For managing a two-way CRM sync, it was shockingly easy to start seeing value. Conversion solves the challenge of staying in touch with prospects by allowing us to drip relevant content to them during their buying journey. It saves our team time and streamlines how we create nurture flows, email campaigns, and lead forms. The intuitive interface, wide array of trigger events, intelligent email construction tools, and AI enrichment make it easy for our team to create content and collaborate quickly. Additionally, Conversion's innovative core features and AI functionality are ahead of the competition, with a faster pace of feature creation.

**What do you dislike about Conversion?**

I would have loved to be able to do a free trial or online demo of Conversion before purchasing. This would have allowed me to come to a decision quicker.

**What problems is Conversion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conversion solves staying engaged with prospects by providing relevant content at the right time. It saves us time and streamlines the creation of nurture flows and campaigns. Its intuitive interface, trigger events, and email tools make content creation and collaboration easy.

 ### 9. Built for Teams That Move Fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Conversion?**

Speed and flexibility. We manage a high volume of campaigns across different audiences simultaneously, and Conversion handles that without breaking a sweat. The email builder is fast enough that we can spin up polished emails in minutes, and the workflow builder means we are not rebuilding logic from scratch every time. Their deployment strategists were also great during onboarding, super responsive on Slack and always available when we needed them.

**What do you dislike about Conversion?**

There is genuinely nothing I would flag. It does what we need and does it well.

**What problems is Conversion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were spending too many hours on repetitive build work. Every new campaign felt like starting from zero. Conversion cut that cycle dramatically. Templates, dynamic content, and easy segmentation mean we can run more campaigns in less time with fewer people touching each one. That freed up the team to focus on strategy and creative instead of platform wrestling.

 ### 10. Really great onboarding experience with Conversion

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sabrina S. | Revenue Operations Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Conversion?**

Conversion has been a breeze with onboarding and configuring our marketing automations. Their UI makes it super simple for everybody to use. Features are rolled out quickly and are easy to understand and implement.

Huge shout-out to our onboarding manager, Sam, who has been available to troubleshoot everything when we have questions. It’s been very refreshing and helpful to get answers in a timely manner, especially while setting up new processes.

The direct sync with SF gives the marketing team all the information they need to segment and nurture without having to cross-reference multiple platforms, and allows our BDRs to see activity that the marketing team did before the lead hits them.

**What do you dislike about Conversion?**

There is nothing major to dislike about Conversion; sometimes it can be slow, but overall it works amazingly.

**What problems is Conversion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While still in the starting phases, Conversion has made doing simple marketing automations 10x easier for our team. We are able to plan and manage our campaigns more easily. And the features are easy to understand and implement.

 ### 11. Got Our Time Back

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Conversion?**

It gave us back hours every week. We run a lot of outreach to potential partners and before Conversion, most of that was manual. Now we can segment contacts, set up automated sequences, and personalize at scale without anyone spending their whole day in the platform. The interface is intuitive enough that team members without a marketing background picked it up fast.

**What do you dislike about Conversion?**

Nothing. It does what we need and it does it without getting in the way.

**What problems is Conversion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our outreach process used to eat up a disproportionate amount of time. Tracking responses in spreadsheets, manually sending follow ups, no visibility into what was actually working. Conversion automated most of that. Now we have sequences running in the background, engagement data we can actually act on, and a process that scales without adding more hours to the day.

 ### 12. We Move Fast Now

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Conversion?**

The workflow and email builders are genuinely easy to use. What used to take our team half a day to set up now takes maybe thirty minutes. We have actually been able to reduce how much we lean on outside contractors because the platform is simple enough for our core team to handle on their own. That has been a huge win from both a speed and budget perspective.

**What do you dislike about Conversion?**

I have been trying to think of something and I really cannot. It has been a smooth experience from the start.

**What problems is Conversion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were spending too much time and money just keeping campaigns running. Between contractor hours and the back and forth with ops, everything moved slowly. Conversion cut that down dramatically. Our team produces more with fewer people involved, and campaigns get out the door faster without sacrificing quality.

 ### 13. Finally, a MAP Built in This Decade

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Randy R. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Conversion?**

It feels like someone rebuilt marketing automation for people who are not emotionally attached to 2008. The email builder is actually usable and Magic Blocks let me send one email that shape shifts by persona, industry, lifecycle stage, whatever, instead of cloning 37 versions like a gremlin. Workflows built in natural language are unfair. What used to take us half a day now takes minutes. Product data, CRM data, and engagement data are all in one place so I am no longer summoning the data team for every campaign. It replaced our Frankenstack with one system and my ops person stopped doom scrolling LinkedIn jobs.

**What do you dislike about Conversion?**

If your marketing strategy is bad, this will just help you execute bad ideas faster. The AI is powerful but it is not your CMO. Some very enterprise edge case features are still maturing so if you run a 900 workflow labyrinth you will ask hard questions. Also the biggest downside is psychological. Once you use AI scoring, dynamic personalization, and a clean UI, going back to a legacy MAP feels like willingly reinstalling Internet Explorer.

**What problems is Conversion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were stuck in Marketo complexity hell where basic changes felt like filing taxes. Personalization was basically first name cosplay. Product usage data lived in a warehouse black hole. Conversion fixed all three. Now emails actually adapt dynamically, lead scoring and routing are intelligent instead of spreadsheet math, and we can use product plus CRM data without a weekly engineering ticket. Net result is faster launches, better targeting, higher engagement, and fewer random tools draining our budget.

 ### 14. Easiest Migration ever

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Conversion?**

Two things: the migration experience and the UI.

The migration was way smoother than we expected. We were coming from a pretty established setup and braced for chaos, but the process was structured and well supported. Data came over cleanly, and we were able to get campaigns live faster than we thought.

And honestly, the platform just looks and feels modern. The interface is clean, intuitive, and fast. It does not feel like legacy enterprise software. Our team adopted it quickly because it is easy to navigate and does not require a ton of training just to do basic things.

**What do you dislike about Conversion?**

Nothing meaningful so far. The onboarding process was smooth, the system is easy to use, and it has been a positive change from what we were using before.

**What problems is Conversion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem was complexity. Our old system required constant maintenance and felt bloated. Migration gave us a chance to simplify and clean things up.

Now we have a streamlined setup, a more modern interface, and less operational overhead. Campaigns are easier to build, reporting is clearer, and the whole system feels lighter. It has made our day to day execution faster and a lot less frustrating.

 ### 15. Lighter Marketing Automation with Product Data Built In

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Conversion?**

We switched to Conversion mostly because we were exhausted.

Our old MAP was expensive, but the bigger cost was the constant friction. Every small change felt harder than it should have. We were paying a premium and still spending far too much time managing the tool, and for a small team, that’s brutal.

Product data was the last straw. We wanted to run campaigns based on what users were actually doing in the product—not just form fills and email clicks. In our previous setup, bringing in usage data meant repeatedly asking our data team for help, and that got old fast.

With Conversion, the product data is simply there. We can segment and trigger based on real behavior without overthinking it, and we don’t need the data team’s help anymore.

Overall, everything feels lighter: less babysitting, and more time for actual marketing.

**What do you dislike about Conversion?**

Conversion moves fast, which is great, but it also means you occasionally run into some rough edges. There are moments when you can tell a feature is newer and still evolving. If you’re used to a 15-year-old platform with every possible setting buried somewhere, you’ll probably notice a few areas that aren’t fully built out yet.

**What problems is Conversion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The first issue for us was bandwidth. Our old MAP was expensive and still required a ton of manual work. Every new workflow, segmentation tweak, or lifecycle campaign felt heavier than it should have. We’re a lean team, and the constant upkeep was slowing us down. With Conversion, we spend less time managing the system and more time actually running campaigns, and that alone has been a big win.

The second issue was product data. We wanted our marketing to respond to real user behavior, not just form fills and email clicks. In our previous setup, getting product usage data into campaigns was complicated and fragile. Now we can segment and trigger based on actual usage without building side projects or duct-taping tools together.

 ### 16. Scales Without the Overhead

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Conversion?**

At our scale, anything that reduces cross-team dependencies is valuable. Conversion lets our marketing team build and launch without constantly looping in engineering or data. The workflow builder is straightforward enough that campaign managers handle it themselves, and the Salesforce integration works cleanly with a complex instance. Their team actually understands enterprise CRM setups, which is rare.

**What do you dislike about Conversion?**

Cannot think of anything that has been a real issue.

**What problems is Conversion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coordinating campaigns across a large organization used to mean long lead times and a lot of tickets to other teams. Conversion brought most of that in house for marketing. We move faster now, personalization is actually dynamic instead of manual, and reporting is centralized so leadership gets visibility without chasing people down.

 ### 17. They Actually Listen to Their Customers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Conversion?**

I really appreciated how well the implementation of Conversion was handled. Their team ran a structured migration, communicated clearly throughout, and we went live on schedule with no surprises. Another thing I like is that the feature request process actually works. We've flagged a few things and have seen them show up in the product, which wasn't our experience with the previous vendor. It's clear the team takes customer input seriously.

**What do you dislike about Conversion?**

Honestly, nothig. It has has delivered on what was promised and then some

**What problems is Conversion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conversion simplifies campaign execution, reducing dependency on operations support and freeing resources. It makes our marketing team more self-sufficient, allows faster campaign launches, and improves performance visibility. Time saved is reinvested in strategy and creativity, optimizing resource allocation.

 ### 18. Conversion is the best

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Conversion?**

For a law firm, marketing is all about targeted communication. Client alerts, practice area updates, event invites, industry specific outreach. Conversion makes that easy without turning it into a technical project every time.

We can segment by industry, practice area, office location, client vs prospect, etc. without building a giant web of filters. The system keeps lists updated automatically, which is huge when you are managing thousands of contacts across different specialties.

The interface is also clean and modern. Our team adopted it quickly, and even non marketing stakeholders can understand what is going on.

**What do you dislike about Conversion?**

Honestly, nothing meaningful so far. It has simplified a lot of what used to feel overly complex in our previous system.

**What problems is Conversion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, running something as simple as a targeted client alert could turn into a multi step data exercise. Lists had to be manually cleaned. Segments would get outdated. Reporting was scattered.

Now everything lives in one place. We can quickly pull the right audience for a practice specific update, track engagement across emails and events, and see which industries are interacting most with our content.

It has helped us communicate more strategically, stay top of mind with clients, and give partners better visibility into what is actually resonating. Less time wrestling with the system, more time focusing on relationships.

 ### 19. We Switched for the Data Model

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Conversion?**

We switched because we outgrew our old MAP. It worked fine when our marketing was simpler. But as we scaled, everything started to feel heavy. New segments meant cloning workflows. New personas meant duplicating campaigns. Every idea required workarounds. With Conversion, we can actually build the way we think. Segmentation is flexible, workflows are faster to launch, and personalization doesn’t require spinning up five versions of the same email. The biggest difference is speed. We can test, iterate, and launch campaigns without turning it into a cross-team project. Marketing feels nimble again.

**What do you dislike about Conversion?**

Nothing so far, it's been great. It's a far better upgrade than Marketo.

**What problems is Conversion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem was operational drag. Our previous system required too much manual effort to execute relatively simple campaigns. As we grew, complexity compounded. Instead of enabling creativity, the tool started slowing us down. Conversion removed that friction. We spend less time managing workflows and more time focusing on strategy and experimentation. It also allowed us to personalize at scale without creating operational chaos. We can segment more intelligently, respond to behavior in real time, and keep marketing tightly aligned with revenue.
The result is faster campaign execution and more relevant engagement, without adding headcount.

 ### 20. we now have a 1:1 copy of our salesforce database that is actionable for email marketing.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Korey B. | Email Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Conversion?**

it feels like it was made for the exact type of marketing ops person that i am.

**What do you dislike about Conversion?**

the only "issue" ive come across is just some quirks in the workflow builder and instances of the ui taking a bit to respond.

**What problems is Conversion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we needed something that was as powerful as marketo, but also a tool that anybody can look at and go, "oh, okay yes i know how this works and could use it", regardless of if they are in ops/marketing or not. that is conversion.

 ### 21. Easy to Implement, Powerful Lifecycle Marketing, and Amazing Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Conversion?**

The platform is incredibly easy to implement — our team was up and running after just one onboarding session. With its built-in contact enrichment and workflows, we quickly set up our lifecycle email marketing program and segmentation, which has been a game-changer for identifying prospects and leads. And their customer service is top-notch — 99% of our questions are resolved within hours. And they really take in the customers' feedback into new feature releases!

**What do you dislike about Conversion?**

Not that I can think of at this moment.

**What problems is Conversion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Marketing Email Automation: Faster and easier than ever to design and launch beautiful marketing emails.
Lead Enrichment & Built-in Workflows: Helped us streamline our lifecycle marketing program and identify high-intent prospects for outreach.

 ### 22. Great team, great product - game changer for email

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Veronica D. | Senior Manager, Demand Generation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Conversion?**

The team is phenomenal - they are super open to feedback and are constantly asking how the user experience could be better.

In terms of the product, the AI incorporations, lead scoring and magic blocks takes a lot of the manual aspects of email marketing away. Highly recommend for smaller teams that are making email a priority with various segments and lots of experimentation initiatives.

**What do you dislike about Conversion?**

It's not always the most intuitive platform to use, but with game changing tech, comes growing pains from a legacy MOps user.

**What problems is Conversion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently helping me experiment with personalization segmentation without having to build out multiple emails with one or two variables.
