**What do you like best about Conversica?**

Honestly, what I like best about Conversica is how it takes the pressure off the sales and marketing teams. The AI assistant doesn’t just send out generic emails but it actually engages leads in real conversations, follows up consistently, and even knows when to loop in a human rep. It’s a huge time-saver and helps make sure no opportunity slips through the cracks.

**What do you dislike about Conversica?**

While Conversica is great at automating conversations, one thing I don’t love is how rigid it can feel at times. The AI is smart, but it still has limitations when it comes to handling more nuanced or unexpected responses from leads. Also, the setup and training process can be a bit time-consuming, especially if your CRM isn’t perfectly clean.

**What problems is Conversica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conversica is solving one of the biggest headaches in sales and marketing consistent follow-up. Before we started using it, a lot of leads were slipping through the cracks just because reps were too busy or forgot to follow up. Now, the AI assistant handles that automatically, reaching out to leads, keeping the conversation going, and even escalating hot prospects to the team.

**What do you like best about Conversica?**

My organization has been using Conversica for about six months.  The process of implemenatation and integration with Salesforce was simple and included well-documented instructions.  It has really helped our sales team to reach out to a large volume of prequalified leads that were typically left untouched in the sales process.

**What do you dislike about Conversica?**

Conversica works best when trying to sell a single item or when the goal is to book an appointment with a sales representative.  However, in our use case we are often trying to sell a vareity of items at the same time but we are currently limited to only including one sales url in the emails.  The statistics and KPIs displayed on the main dashboard do not seem to always match up with the results in Conversica's reporting or Salesforce reports.

**What problems is Conversica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a large volume of customers with a history of small purchases.  Conversica helps us to reach out to all of these past customers and determine which customers are interested in higher priced products.

**What do you like best about Conversica?**

Using Conversica has not only freed up a lot of my time, but also helps with customer retention. Instead of having 25-30 active conversations, the AI assistant makes it easy to check in, and see who needs a little extra assistance. The help center has just about anything you need a walkthrough on, and the help center is quick to reply. It's been easy to check daily, if any customers are at risk, or if they have complex questions-everything is on the dashboard on login.

**What do you dislike about Conversica?**

Some small downsides: while the AI is evolving, sometimes things are a little too complicated to just let the AI Assistant take over. Sometimes, customers who have opted out will be contacted again; customers marked sold will get an occastional email.

**What problems is Conversica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conversica AI agents really take a chunk of time for customer corespondence off my hands. Something that used t take up 2-3 hours of a workday has been streamlined down to 20-30 minutes,

**What do you like best about Conversica?**

The ability to have so many different templates with customized variables smoothly integrated into Salesforce is fantastic. A campaign can be dynamic and constantly evolving in SF, and Conversica will make sure that each new lead drops into the correct flow. Really, really useful platform. Integrating a campaign is easy, and I can easily see the respondents directly in my Salesforce dashboard. I use Conversica weekly because it's so well integrated and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Conversica?**

The templates have customized variables but I feel limited in how much customization I can do to those variables. I sometimes feel that I'm forcing a template to do what I need it to do, but these are fringe cases. It's also tricky to find a particular conversation once you've created multiple different voices and conversations.

**What problems is Conversica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a very small sales team covering a large territory. As an effective marketer, I am often generating a volume of leads that becomes overwhelming for the sales team to follow up on. Conversica takes over the early follow-up burden and ensures that even the lower-tier leads re receiving the proper follow-up. I can deliver my sales team hot, hand-raising leads rather than lukewarm MQLs.

**What do you like best about Conversica?**

Conversica can be customized to fit your brand, voice, product, tone, and is more attentive than a human seller.

**What do you dislike about Conversica?**

I think the reporting back to internal MarTech platforms is where there is a dropoff of wow factor. There is great integration with Salesforce, but if the lead is not already a customer and being cross sold to, then Conversica is better served connecting deeper to the Marketing platform (or should be a better option). In addition, since it is an outside software emailing on behalf of a company, there is much tracking of unsubscribes, bounces, opens, and clicks that should be sent cleanly to multiple MarTech options and should include the Marketing software as well as Data Lakes like Snowflake.

**What problems is Conversica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conversica offers a great product where the marketer and the seller can shine while personalized automation takes the lead from being nurtured to readly to purchase. We however use it more often on cold leads that haven't had much nurturing- however, this can also produce some sales.

The friendly helpful way Eve greets the customers. Gives me a minute to gather thoughts and write a good response, or call with information.
Very easy to use, gives me notifications when I have a lead or response.
I use it multiple times a day!

**What do you dislike about Conversica?**

That people think Eve is a real person and come in the store asking for her. People will try to have full on conversations with her when we are closed.
Then get offended when they learn it's AI.

Same templates used for same customer at times.

Conversica has reduced our time to lead from 16 hours to under a minute. They have also allowed us to scale follow up with scored leads and conferences. They have been very helpful in onboarding despite the difficulties we had with our in house operations team.

The AI doesn't always respond well, but I haven't watched the recording yet on the new answer feature.

Improves time to lead and ability to scale lead follow up. We have reduced time to lead by 98% and improved time to meeting by 50%. We have also reduced cost of sale by 600k

**What do you like best about Conversica?**

Their ability to use AI to contact and reengage with customers is top notch. It's impossible to follow up with hundreds of customers month in and month out, so their help is always appreciated. They're able to renew interest with customers weeks back and assist with our follow up. ROI is definitely high with this company and we've used them for over 10 years. Highly recommended for any dealership out there that needs help with their BDC/Sales Processes.

My favorite part is the ease of use and implementation. I can advise the AI to continue the conversation on my behalf if they are not responding and then jump in once the time is right. I can also submit messages on behalf of the AI, which is a cool feature. I use it frequently and love it! Customer support is great, as well.

**What do you dislike about Conversica?**

Little to none. Occasionally, some messages seem that they ar obviously written by AI, but I may be biased because I KNOW it is written by AI.

**What problems is Conversica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conversica is solving the problems surrounding mass outreach and account attention. This benefits me because I am making touchpoints in my sleep and once a connection has been made, I can reach out and spend more time on that account while not wasting time on accounts that are unressponsive.

Having a tool to help generate hot leads for sales is a game changer. It is so hard making cold calls to places that do not have interest in any new tools so to have AI generate actual leads for potential customers is a huge time saver. It really brings out the customers that are ready for a new service.

There are some chances you can receive a duplicate leads when there is multiple contacts reaching out but not a deal breaker

there is a learning curve to the platform. This is not something to worry about thoough becasue we got tons of support from the Conversica university and certification programs. The content is very helpful on their learning center.

Conversica allows us to reach out to far more prospects than we ever could through our outbound campaigns. Through Conversica's outreach we're able to get warmer leads into our sellers hands and monetize leads we otherwise wouldn't be able to.

While the responses have improved, there are still occasional moments when they don’t quite make sense and still feel off in context. The option to submit those discrepencies is great though.

**What do you like best about Conversica?**

The platform is relatively easy to use with the ability to present reasons why a lead was categorized incorrectly as needed. Our support team from Conversica is amazing and have been very responsive when contacting them. We also had a great success implementing Conversica and integrating the platform with Marketo.

**What do you dislike about Conversica?**

The skills are labled oddly, but this is being rectified in Q1. A conversation has to be integrated with a contact list in order to view editable fields, which is not ideal. The wording of conversations can be odd at times and  cannot be edited without creating a ticket. This can be frustrating at times.

**What problems is Conversica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conversica currently helps us warm a lead, but will help us in other ways this year - i.e. introducing our company after someone completes a form, etc.

I enjoy it's ability to learn and adapt, and determine effectively if a lead is interested in further engagement from a sales rep. The tracking of leads in the system is easy to use and accurate. Setup was relatively easy and not a long process. Our customer success manager has been wonderful and knowledgeable with any questions or concerns. I use the system every day M-F and find it is stable, consistent, and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Conversica?**

I wish the Question/Answers were more usable, so that a variety of similar questions could all be identified and answered accurately. Currently the wording of a question has to be an exact match before the pre-programmed answers are used.

We are sorting through a massive amount of leads, and Conversica allows us to identify the % that are ready to be contacted by our sales team.

**What do you like best about Conversica?**

The scalability and customizability along with easy reporting at a glance. Customers interact with the tool as if it's a real person. Once the tool is configured, it doesn't require any management and easily integrates with the CRM to save communication.

**What do you dislike about Conversica?**

Lead reasignments won't update if they're changed in the CRM after a lead is recieved. Only customer responses are shared with the CRM, so you have to log into the dashboard to see what question a customer is answering.

No business follows up enough, and follow up is critical. Conversica allows us to very deliberately reach out to our sales customers in the background of all of our other outreach and follow up on responsive customers.

**What do you like best about Conversica?**

Conversica is a great tool to augment the SDRs, handling many different use cases such as:  following up with low quality leads driving them to further engage, pre/post event followup, renewal marketing notifications and more.  The productivity gain has been very high (saving multiple SDR headcount in teerms of time).  Additionally, implementation is very easy with minimal work to build scripts that Conversica uses.  Easy integration into Salesforce.  This allows SDRs to focus on the highest quality leads driving them to convert to opportunities.    Conversica has multi-language support as well - which many other platforms do not have.

**What do you dislike about Conversica?**

No downside to Conversica.  Language expansion would be beneficial.

Conversica allows us to reach customers who have not recently visited the dealership and may be loss leaders.  We are also able to better communicate and reach further clients.  The amount of people who respond is far greater than other methods we have used in the past.

I do not have any dislikes.  The system works well with a good dashboard to see all incoming and outgoing responses

Conversica is a great retention tool and is allowing us to continue communication with clients who purchased vehicles buy may not have serviced at our facility yet.

When we had Mitch as our rep he was very helpful, collaborative, and quick to respond. We have seen a tremendous amount of revenue and have been able to engage with leads that we previously were not

Biggest negative is the overall price. We see ROI, but it is still expensive. Would be nice to be able to control some of the conversations and admin features as well, but I am nit picking.

Contacting leads we normally would not contact. It also allows our staff to be efficient with their time. We have seen an abundance of leads come in, and reps don't have the bandwidth to engage on their own.

At time the information provided by converica is incomplete due to the nature of the car business. For example, a used car is on the website but it is on loan to a customer, conversica can not know that.

Convesica has many great attributes but being there..all the time...every day...in every situation is great. It gives the dealership a consistent customer service program.

I have not been able to get a consistent cadence with my performance manager(s). I'm sure I am part of the challenge but my direct contact seems to change a lot.

The communication through the A.I. is spot on. Everything work flawlessly. Most of the time, my customer feel like they are dealing with an actual person. I especially like the feedback that our customers give back. We have been able to make new appointments, correct servicing issues and use the system to have our virtual employees create recall leads. This allows me to task our actual employees in other areas. Saving time and better productivity.

Not being able to text in the same virtual world that we email in.

There is not much that there is not to like about Conversica. The platform itself is user friendly, and easy to set up. The program itself would be easier if you could view all replies/customers for multiple stores under one tab as opposed to toggling.

The service itself is great. Starting conversations with customers to get them into the dealership for services they need. I have not used any other service to compare Conversica to.

I get leads that come in that go to the wrong person. BMW leads go to the Land Rover/Jaguar appointment coordinator, and vice versa. Also, i wish it was easier to remove customers that don't want to be contacted.

It helps to remind customers that their vehichles are due for service, and enables us to get the scheduled in a timely manner.This has helpled to increase business.

The best thing about conversica is that it does all of the little tasks that an automotive BDC agent would typically be responsible for, and now the BDC agent can use their time with more meaningful jobs.

There is not one thing about Conversica that I dislike. If I had to say one thing, it would be that when you look up customers in the dashboard, sometimes it takes a little bit of time to find a customer record, so it takes a while to load the customer record.

**Recommendations to others considering Conversica:**

The only advice is to start using this product as soon as possible to increase your business.

**What problems is Conversica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So, for example, last week, we needed to ramp up service appointments at one of our Dealerships. I uploaded a customer list into Conversica to email every customer eligible for a discounted oil change. Now, we more than enough appointments scheduled to the point of being booked out a week.

Conversica does outreach to thousands of our customers every week.  The time-saver is the customers that respond to the AI asking for an appointment for Sales or Service.  The Automated assistant allows my BDC team to call back the low-hanging fruit to book the appointment.   The outreach is for service due, On-star initiatives, Buyback campaigns, 1st outreach to an internet sales customer.  The reporting is like the "Disney World" of reporting!  Every report you can imagine is in the data base.  One of the best features is seeing what customers are Hot or Need further action.

**What do you dislike about Conversica?**

Being that auto alert purchased some of Conversica, it makes the dashboards challenging to use.  It does not seem to create "enterprise dashboards" anymore after the transition with Auto alert.  We use one program and have multiple log-ins to retrieve our information for the 12 stores and five roofs for sales and service under this program.  We also have different support representatives.

**Recommendations to others considering Conversica:**

NOTE: since there is nowhere else to note this:   I can not upload a screenshot to this file.   we also have several business listed with you and we were only able to put in one on this survey.

**What problems is Conversica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving CSI concerns by sending out a pre-survey questionnaire.  This allows us to resolve issues before the customer receives the final survey from the manufacturer.  We love customizing the cadence to fit what we are working to blast.  The manual upload tool is Great when we need to communicate to specific groups or owners.   I love Conversica does the heavy lifting and we can reap the rewards of all of these appointment bookings.

Conversica is a great tool to use alongside a reliable data platform for new prospecting. It also works very well for existing customer projects and I currently trialling it for use in data cleansing too. The support is faultless and very responsive too!

**What do you dislike about Conversica?**

It would be good to have slightly more integration and have a data set/source plugged in so groups and suppressions can be managed outside of the CRM. If there isn't already, an app would also be good to get red hot leads to the sales teams as a notification that doesn't get lost in busy mailboxes.

**What problems is Conversica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prospecting and creating proposition awareness is the main benefit for my business unit. But I'm hoping it will be useful in reducing man-hours required to cleanse and maintain partner data and fill events.

Conversica is consistently getting responses from customers and answers to questions we never asked.  When using it alongside our process already in place it's been a great asset in following up with our customers.

There's very little left to dislike.  I can say I haven't always been a fan of their dashboard and backend product and sometimes it's a little difficult to get new agents added, only because the names have to match exactly with the CRM.

There's a lot of A.I.'s out there now.  Conversica is one of the older ones.  Don't think that as a bad thing, they are more robust and cover my topics than many others.

As I say with any new vendor, if you are not willing to participate and use the tool, then do not invest in the tool. This is not a set it and forget it software. To learn the capabilities of the AI, then it is necessary to be involved, train yourself, train the staff and subscribe to this being an assistant for your Sales BDC or Service BDC. It provides a vast amount of information about what you do right and what holes need to be filled.

We are able to see #1 if we missed any steps in our follow up process by the responses Megan receives. We are able to fine tune our follow up cadence as a result.  We have been able to save deals, collect more info about the customer and engage the customer in the manner they prefer

If I had to point out something, periodically they upgrade their dashboard and we notice things change.  This is because they are constantly looking for ways to improve we just would like heads up on what reports are being updated so we can adjust accordingly.  (Though they probably do send in an email, and I just overlook them :)

Understaffed in our BDC Department, and Conversica does some of the work for us, so that we can focus on the opportunities that are a priority.

Conversica provides me with an easy to use tool that allows me to stay in constant communication with my sales and service customers. Customer support and technology is great and provides my dealerships with an excellent value for the technology.

**What do you dislike about Conversica?**

I would like to see more integration between the CRM and conversica so that my staff would be able to use it more natively throughout their day-to-day tasks. A suggestion I have would be a Browser Extension that would allow them to respond as the assistant right from the CRM screen.

Solving the issue of inconsistent or ineffective employee follow up. Conversica is also able to get into some of our customers mailboxes where as the emails from our CRM are blocked as spam. Conversica also opens up new retail and service opportunities through constant and on-going communication with our customer base.
