Our given name is Converged Technology Professionals, but our friends call us CTPros. We are a technology and professional services consulting firm specializing in unified communications and contact center. Choosing a new cloud provider is a critical step in the future success of any business; pick the wrong one, and the organization could be setting itself up for failure. Many companies try to go it alone only to find out part of the way through the process they need assistance, wasting time and money. But what if they could make the best decision from the very start? We provide hands-on, consultative, tailored guidance and support throughout our client's strategic cloud adoption journey, from unbiased vendor evaluation and contractual advisement to a full suite of implementation and ongoing support options performed by our team of in-house business and technical professionals.
