Convelly gives small and medium-sized businesses a second brain, called Elly. Elly remembers every customer, and it answers, sells and books while your team works. Every conversation, on every channel, arrives in one shared inbox. Elly remembers the customer behind each one: their messages, deals, payments, appointments and your team’s notes. Before each reply, Elly reads all of that. It answers with your real services, prices, rules and free times, in the customer’s language. It books appointments in the chat against live availability, takes deposits, moves deals through your sales pipeline, sends reminders and follows up when a customer goes quiet. One switch hands any conversation back to a person. Everything Elly remembers is built into Convelly: a customer list with notes, sales pipelines, payments and a booking calendar with staff and rooms, plus automations, campaigns and video calls. Anything your team would do in Convelly by clicking, they can simply ask Elly for, by chatting or speaking. Setup takes about fifteen minutes. Convelly runs on the web, iPhone and Android, in English, German and Arabic. Pricing is a monthly or yearly subscription, with no commission on bookings. Your customer list is yours to export at any time.
