ConvCart is a customer service automation platform for e-commerce businesses in the Middle East and North Africa. It connects to a store's WhatsApp Business account, along with Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger, and uses AI to answer customer questions in Arabic and English. The AI agent answers frequently asked questions using the store's own content and product catalog, and it lets customers check their order status in the chat. Conversations the AI can't handle can be passed to human agents in a shared inbox. ConvCart connects to Salla and Shopify stores through OAuth, and it syncs the product catalog automatically. Merchants connect their WhatsApp Business account through Meta's Embedded Signup, and messages are sent over the official WhatsApp Cloud API. Pricing is a monthly subscription that includes one agent seat and usage credits. Additional credits and agent seats can be bought as needed.
