"Convay Streamlines Cross-Border Supply Chain Operations"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Convay?

I appreciate Convay's supply-chain-friendly feature set and dependable connection stability, which fit perfectly for our multi-warehouse and cross-border vendor coordination. The unlimited runtime for scheduled video conferences is a top feature, allowing our remote quality audits to run smoothly without interruptions. I value the all-in-one collaborative toolkit integrated inside each call; built-in file sharing and an interactive whiteboard streamline our weekly cross-Texas warehouse syncs and speed up decision-making. The asynchronous video messaging is also a standout feature, enabling our field teams to report issues with short onsite footage, allowing quicker resolution with our procurement team. Additionally, I appreciate the granular user permission management, which is critical for hosting overseas component suppliers securely, protecting our sensitive business information. What do you dislike about Convay?

The platform lacks native bulk contact grouping and batch meeting scheduling. We cooperate with more than 40 component manufacturers and three regional warehouse teams across Texas. When arranging monthly batch supplier audit meetings, my admin has to manually add each participant one by one instead of selecting pre-made vendor or warehouse groups all at once. Preparing a full day's audit schedule often takes twice the expected time, especially during peak quarterly procurement seasons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Platform Boosting Remote Collaboration"
4/5
What do you like best about Convay?

I use Convay as my central space for keeping work conversations and coordination organized. Instead of jumping between different apps, I rely on it to communicate with teammates, share updates, and keep track of ongoing discussions. It helps me stay connected with others and manage collaboration more smoothly, especially when working with people remotely. I appreciate having a single place where conversations and shared information are easy to find and follow. What I like most about Convay is the sense of clarity it brings to my daily workflow. Instead of dealing with fragmented messages and scattered updates, everything feels more structured and easy to follow. I especially like how conversations, shared materials, and ongoing discussions naturally stay connected, which helps me understand the context of projects without searching through different tools. For me, it creates a smoother working rhythm and makes collaboration feel more intentional and less chaotic. For me, the biggest value comes from how everything stays connected within the same workflow. When conversations and shared materials are linked together, it gives me a clearer view of what’s happening around a project at any moment. I can return to a discussion and instantly see the related files or references that were shared, which saves me from digging through multiple folders or message threads. It also helps me understand the thinking behind certain decisions, not just the final result. Because of this, I spend far less time searching for context and more time actually moving work forward. I rely on Convay alone because it already provides everything I need to manage my communication and collaboration. It brings the features I depend on into one place, so I don’t feel the need to switch between different platforms. For me, it’s convenient to have a single tool that handles my workflow the way I want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Convay?

One area where I feel Convay could improve is in how information scales as activity increases. When a workspace becomes more active with many discussions and shared files, it can sometimes feel a bit dense, and it takes me longer to pinpoint a specific conversation or resource. A smarter way to surface the most relevant content or organize older threads would make the experience smoother. I also think the platform could benefit from a bit more flexibility in customization. For example, having more control over how conversations or shared materials are arranged would help me tailor the workspace to better match my personal workflow. Small improvements in these areas could make the platform feel even more intuitive and efficient during day-to-day use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Video Conferencing with High Quality"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Convay?

I use Convay for online video conferencing, like video calls for meetings with clients and video conference calls with friends and family, and I also use it for chat. It saves me time because I don't have to travel for meetings or classes. I like it for its great features, like good video and audio quality, and the fact that it can be used with other software. I enjoy the screen sharing and chat features because they make video conference calls with high-quality video and audio possible. The initial setup of Convay was quite easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Convay?

I don't like the limited customization and the integration challenges. It's difficult to integrate Convay with some CRM or support tools, and I would appreciate improvements in that area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Master of Global Collaboration and Compliance"
4/5
What do you like best about Convay?

I really value Convay's region-locked workspaces and cross-region project hubs because they help with compliance and focus for global regulated teams. It solves the complex challenge of balancing data residency compliance (GDPR/PDPA) and cross-region collaboration without forcing a choice between them. I can create three fully isolated, region-compliant workspaces where all local data stays within the regional server, which is crucial for compliance. I also like how Convay allows for the creation of custom cross-region project hubs that includes only relevant team members from each region, offering granular access controls. Additionally, the time-zone optimized asynchronous collaboration tools are fantastic as they ensure no more missed updates. The initial setup was quite simple, which was a pleasant surprise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Convay?

I don't like the basic Zapier/Make support. We can build simple Zaps, but there's no option for region-tagged workflows, like 'APAC only' Zaps that don’t trigger for EU/US teams. Also, the lack of multi-step automation is a major drawback, especially for our US RevOps team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real-Time Data Streamlining with Ease"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Convay?

I use Convay to stream data in real time so systems can communicate instantly instead of in batches. I appreciate its ability to remove delays and complexity by letting data flow in real time, keeping systems synchronized without manual work or batch processing. What I like most about Convay is the real-time reliability—it ensures data flows continuously and stays in sync without extra work. It's simple to use and operates in the background without needing constant attention. The initial setup was fairly easy and straightforward, with only a small learning curve at the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Convay?

The documentation could be clearer in a few places, and some advanced features take time to fully understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Structured Communication, Needs More Flexibility"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Convay?

I like how Convay keeps conversations clear and well-organized, making collaboration feel less chaotic. The structured communication helps me easily follow discussions, find past messages, and stay focused on what matters. It works especially well for reducing noise and improving clarity within teams, which makes day-to-day collaboration more efficient and less overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Convay?

One thing that doesn’t work as well for me is that Convay can feel a bit limited in customization, especially for more complex workflows. Some features aren’t immediately intuitive, and a few common actions take more steps than expected. I also feel that integrations with other tools could be stronger, and better notifications would help ensure important updates aren’t missed. Improving flexibility, navigation, and overall polish would make the experience smoother and more powerful.Convay excels at keeping conversations organized and reducing noise, but feels restrictive when workflows become more complex.
