Contruva is business management software for contracting and trades companies. It combines marketing, lead management, job operations and billing in one workspace, with an AI assistant that can carry out tasks in the software on the user’s behalf. During setup, the contractor enters business details, services, branding and job photos. Contruva then generates a business website, drafts social media posts and sets up lead capture forms. The website stays in sync with the business’s photos, reviews and services, and includes automated SEO pages and a website chatbot. Core features include: Marketing: website builder, SEO automation, social media scheduling, review requests and Google Business Profile updates Lead management: AI phone receptionist, website chat, lead forms and a shared inbox for calls, texts and messages Operations: quotes, scheduling, jobs, crew management, time tracking, daily logs, change orders and materials Billing: invoicing, online payments, expense tracking and job costing The built-in AI assistant can be used in the app or by text message. It can create quotes, schedule work, draft posts and send follow-ups using the business’s existing data. Users choose which automations run on their own and which need approval.
