I like that we can control what feature is enabled for different users/profiles. What do you dislike about Controlio? To be honest, I don't believe there's anything we don't like. We tested other softwares before, and they all missed something. Our users (mostly the sales team) were used to browsing the web all the time during work hours. This was impacting our sales. Once we implemented Controlio and told them what we were doing, their behavior changed, and now they are more conscious about the use of their computer during work hours. We tracked the most accessed non-work-related websites and added them to the "Very distracting" list, so it's easy to see who is spending how much time on those websites.
