In an accounting firm, especially one like mine where we handle complex R&D credits, accuracy is everything. I like that the dashboard isn't overly cluttered. I can jump in and see which team members are bogged down by specific filings and who has the capacity to take on more. It’s also surprisingly lightweight on the systems. My staff hasn't complained about their laptops slowing down, which was a big concern of mine before we started using it. The real-time viewing feature is great for quick check-ins without having to hop on a Zoom call every hour. **What do you dislike about Controlio?** The initial setup took a bit more manual tweaking than I expected. **What problems is Controlio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Operating a remote group means I can't just walk over to someone's desk to see if they’re struggling with a workload.
