ControlCom Connect is a vendor-neutral industrial IoT platform for monitoring critical equipment across multiple locations from a single screen. If you run power systems, refrigeration, pumps, or process equipment across distributed sites, you are usually blind between visits, and the first sign of a problem is the damage: an outage, a spoiled load, a failed transfer, or a surprise utility bill. Connect closes that gap with a real-time portfolio map, drag-and-drop dashboards, and smart alerts by SMS, email, Slack, and mobile push, plus an AI assistant for natural-language questions on live and historical data. It ingests from SCADA systems, controllers, meters, APIs, databases, and 10+ industrial protocols, so it sits on top of whatever you already own. There is nothing to rip out, no vendor lock-in, and you can be live in days, not quarters. Connect serves multi-site operators in healthcare, water and wastewater, prime power and distributed generation, energy management, manufacturing, oil and gas, data centers, and cold chain and refrigeration. The platform pays for itself in visibility: at one healthcare facility it surfaced a $160K utility billing error that was refunded, and it replaced a $30K energy study. Connect is SOC 2 Type II certified, holds equipment and facility data only, and deploys with an optional edge server for on-site collection. Pricing is self-serve from a developer tier through team plans, with custom enterprise plans for large portfolios.
