What do you like best about Diliforce?

"Easy to use contract and governance suite"

What do you like best about Diliforce?

Easy to use, rapid installation, data model and support for contract management, board meetings and e-signing all in one. The roll out was straight forward: the user interface was easy to understand and did not require long sessions on usage. The biggest benefits for us are the alerts on contracts requiring review or activity and the speed of e-signing once agreement has been reached. In addition it has really enhanced the quality of preparing for our board meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Diliforce?

The iOS client is unfortunately not as good as the mobile web version is. We tend to use ContractZen from mobile browser instead. The mobile browser support really saves the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Diliforce:

1) Do use the eSigning from day 1, as you get more out of both the contract management and the board portal by doing so.

2) Try the advanced features of the meeting agenda the first times you decide to use the meeting/board meeting management. This is a good time to teach the team how to get the most our of the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Diliforce solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use ContractZen for all of our contracts, all our our eSigning and all of our board meetings and annual meetings. The alerts and the reasonable data model have helped us in keeping track of our contractual opportunities and commitments. The eSigning support was a game changer, as digitally signed contracts are really easy to deal with in the system. Our board has moved from long email threads to accountability and ContractZen, which makes the board more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Board room is one of the most excellent things in ContractZen. It's easy to use and provides all the necessary things for facilitating board meetings, follow-up tasks and to archieve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Diliforce?

Usually the power user needs to be someone from top management since the data "eyes only" and that sometimes creates usability issues and lack of knowledge when people are using the contract archive part and asks questions related to data and access management. What do you like best about Diliforce?

I like that it has all the features I need to manage expiration dates for contracts, as well as searching for them quickly, without paying a crazy amount of money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Diliforce?

I wish it was a little more editable in what is shown and items that can be hidden because they aren't used, but if I was overly concerned with this, I might be more inclined to pay for a more expensive service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you're like my company, we had a lot of contracts by the time we needed to move to this software. It involved a lot of work upfront entering all the information but once it was set up, it's great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We went from using an Excel sheet to manually track expiration dates on contracts. If something was incorrectly entered or was deleted, it required going and finding the digital copy of the contract. It's nice to have everything in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
