What do you like best about ContractWorks, an Onit product?

This a simple, intuitive program that has proven itself extremely valuable. Makes the process of storing, retrieving and most importantly managing contracts and their ancillary documents easy and effective.

Features are well thought out, not just added for the sake of it. Signature process is easy, powerful, time saving. Reminders on contracts renewals and expiration's are exactly what everybody needs, without exception. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ContractWorks, an Onit product?

Upon completion of the signature process, the PDF's are distributed to all signatories automatically, which is excellent. The minor thing I don't like is the little advertising blurb CW adds to it. I would like it to be customizable and tailored to the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ContractWork is a great CLM tool."
5/5
What do you like best about ContractWorks, an Onit product?

ContractWorks is a great tool. The implementation was simple, and the AI of the system is top-notch. Contracts are easily accessible and the links to Outlook easily, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ContractWorks, an Onit product?

It takes a few steps to upload the documents to the final destination of where the final contract should reside. It would be great if there were more out-of-the-box standard reports available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent value with responsive, active developer"
5/5
What do you like best about ContractWorks, an Onit product?

The basic product is a great value with unlimited storage and users for a cloud-based document archive with strong tagging and reporting. If you are interested in using e-signature as well, this product is a great entry-level product and includes features that integrate signing and archiving. Since we began using the product, features have grown more and more sophisticated, including permitting internal approvals before signature. These features are typically rolled out one at a time, with clear educational videos, and we've adopted basically every feature to come our way. When we have had some questions, we asked the developers about features we might like, and they've been transparent about whether these things are coming or not. We have found that the user interface has been updated to become more and more user-friendly over time, and that updates are seamless for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ContractWorks, an Onit product?

Not much, especially given the price point. Would like to see integration with some project management software or Microsoft Teams in the future, but that doesn’t detract from the functionality of the product at all. I'd say that users using tablets or smartphones for more than just reviewing and signing documents will find that the product just performs better on a desktop or laptop computer, particularly from the point of view of the person who is creating new documents and sending them for signatures or approvals. We have a very large database at this point, and the search feature takes just a little longer than one might expect to load, although I think this is primarily because of the size of our own archive. There is a search feature that can be run from the reports menu that works with no or imperceptible latency. Finally, there are a handful of smallish features we'd like to see added: one is the ability to add reviewers to a packet already in process without canceling and restarting the packet. We can substitute reviewers, which is great, but sometimes we find out someone else might need to sign off too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Onit is a lifesaver!"
5/5
What do you like best about ContractWorks, an Onit product?

Being able to customize workflows with ease. Also it is straightforward to provide essential insights at the dashboard and provide ease of use to our clients. This is like Grammarly on steroids! Being able to work at a pace and have an AI system make sure I'm using the correct legal format or wording is crucial. Any business owner who deals in contracts, NDA's, or anything legally binding needs this. The Precedent Intelligence Platform is a unique platform that puts the machine learning and everyday language to your organization and it feels as if you have a legal team within your business. Even after signatures Onit Review AI will review, prepare and make sure things your documents are in the correct order and format. They have this product called "Audit Compliance" that reviews the document completely. I am a big supporting of Onit Review AI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ContractWorks, an Onit product?

Onboarding was a bit tough at first, but once I got through the training and used it for a couple of projects, I overcame. The only issue we had after onboarding was that the programs was so robust with options. It was easy to get lost in what we are trying to accomplish. But again with the excellent customer service it was easy to move past and overcome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the simplicity and intuitiveness of the AI engine. It is easy to manage and very accurate for all types of legal documents, including SOA, LOA, LOI, etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ContractWorks, an Onit product?

Seeing that AI is still in its infancy stages I see alot of potentional for the engine to get better and faster the more data is retained. Having said that I don't see any major issues with the AI engine at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Straight-forward, useful, and a great value"
5/5
What do you like best about ContractWorks, an Onit product?

I like that the core functionality is basic document management and electronic signatures without overly complicated or useless added "features". However, ContractWorks continues to add very useful features, including improvements to the electronic signature process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ContractWorks, an Onit product?

There are small tweaks that would be helpful, but are not limiting in the product. ContractWorks seems to be making these improvements, but not necessarily as quickly as I would like. Tagging can get a bit cumbersome, but is still functional and useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
