ContractWorks has allowed me to consult with healthcare companies to organize and centralize all of their contracts! It's easy to track key contract aspects, and easy to create notifications of upcoming termination dates, due dates for financial or community reports, and simple notifications of pending change (increase) in lease rate. What do you dislike about ContractWorks, an Onit product? I wonder if there is a more efficient method of storing 'archived' or outdated contracts than in a separate folder.
