**What do you like best about ContractsXpert?**

Support system and team involvement which helps have a good post sale function enablement much easier and not requiring multiple follow ups for issue clearances

**What do you dislike about ContractsXpert?**

Costing is little on the higher side and customisation capabilities are pretty limited , with change request costs being pretty exessive as well

This ain't a big dislike though

**Recommendations to others considering ContractsXpert:**

Perfect tool for bid management considering the fact the complexities involved In it

**What problems is ContractsXpert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier contracting and simpler documentation without much hassle and cross Coordination. Makes it easily a must have and go to tool for procuring anything and everything
