ContractSpot is a platform designed to streamline and automate public procurement processes for companies bidding in public tenders. Our mission is to reduce risk, save time for bid teams, and significantly increase tender success rates. The platform automatically collects all available tenders from national and European public procurement portals, archives them, and continuously monitors updates - including changes hidden deep inside tender documentation. We also provide plans for proceedings, estimated contract values, and the exact amounts that the contracting authority plans to allocate for the performance of the contract. By building our own historical data repository, we provide access to information that often disappears from public sources over time. ContractSpot’s search engine goes beyond traditional CPV codes or keyword matching. It understands the context and true nature of a tender, allowing advanced filtering by participation requirements, bid bonds, financial thresholds, and descriptive criteria. The system analyzes tender documentation similarly to top legal advisory firms, highlighting fulfilled requirements, missing elements, and areas that require human review or clarification with the contracting authority. The platform also serves as a collaborative workspace for bid teams, offering shared calendars, task coordination, team mentions, and notes - effectively acting as Teams for public procurement. Built on Google Cloud infrastructure, ContractSpot follows enterprise-grade security standards. We are actively developing additional modules, including automated ESPD (JEDZ) completion, cost estimation validation, and a future procurement marketplace that will help companies form verified consortia for larger tenders.
