My favorite feature is the ability to set automatic reminders when a contract is about to expire. Before Contract Safe, it was really challenging to keep track of this. I don't personally find much value from the AI feature. It's faster for me to just enter the information than to wait for the AI to pull it, and the AI is not always accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The capability to convert PDFs to readable/searchable text is extremely helpful when trying to find certain clauses of contracts we may not have looked at in months/years. Having the ability to attach the contract with the email reminders speeds up the approval/renewal process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the AI does not pull data from fields correctly. I think this may be an issue with the formatting of our contracts and not the system itself. It would probably work well with a standardized legal contract format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked ContractSafe from the start. It's incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. Some recent improvements are game-changers for me. Often our clients send me parts of policies in separate files. I can now upload the main contract and attach all other related documents. And that's not even the best part. I can then download the policy and all related documents as ONE FILE. Genius! This has been a huge time-saver, and it keeps everything all nice and tidy. ContractSafe has a fan in me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
