"Quick & easy onboarding; straightforward to use"

What do you like best about ContractSafe?

ContractSafe was incredibly quick and easy to learn how to use, get all of our data uploaded, and begin using/relying on the tool. It doesn't overcomplicate the process and was very easy to get our team up and running. Their team was incredibly supportive throughout the process and are there for whatever we need. What do you dislike about ContractSafe?

The only minor thing I would say is there are occasional glitches in the system that require refreshing, etc. Not often and don't make me lose trust in the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ContractSafe?

We recently integrated ContractSafe as our contract management system for our Association. The implementation process was seamless, and we received exceptional support from our Customer Success Manager, Zach. Among the many features our team appreciates about ContractSafe, we find its proactive email notifications and reminders for upcoming contract renewals particularly valuable. "All-In-One Contract/Lease/Agreement Management Tool"

What do you like best about ContractSafe?

However, I would say the most valuable aspect of ContractSafe is the ability to effectively track contract expiration and renewal dates, ultimately streamlining the entire contract lifecycle. There is nothing I dislike about Contract Safe. This program is user friendly and very efficient. In addition, the program is very customizable, which allows our organization to taylor it to our neeeds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In the end, nothing. All my questions and concerns were all worked out, so there is nothing I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ContractSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?

Legal uses ContractSafe for whatever Legal does with Contracts. However, our Global Employee community needs specific information about which Customers have or don’t have a specific type of Contracts with us. In the past, if someone needed to know this, they would have to contact Legal. Someone in Legal would have to drop everything, look up the information, and reply to the request with a simple Yes or No. This caused disruptions in the workday for Legal and, depending on circumstances, significant delay in servicing our Customer. Working with ContractSafe’s Customer Success Manager, Development Team, and Sales Manager they were able to orchestrate a couple of changes to their product so I could provide an efficient, secure, and self-service solution to our Global Employee community, all without breaking the bank.
