The best thing, which I saw about ContractSafe is the search capabilities and how contracts can be easily managed. I can easily search for particular contracts because the search function is extremely fast even if we have many of them. We have integrated it to work with DocuSign and that actually helps in contract signing. I also enjoy the alert feature which notifies us of renewal dates, there is nothing like forgetting a due date again. It is convenient to use and helps us avoid a considerable amount of work. The biggest disadvantage of it is the ContractSafe dashboard is not customizable. It’s useful for the most basic tasks, though the ability to tailor it to how we work would be beneficial. What this lack flexibility implies is that we do not always structure our contracts in the most optimal manner. My favorite feature of ContractSafe is that it has a simple to use interface while being highly efficient in the searching department. The speed, ability to upload, sort and search for contracts has really improved handling tasks with our documents. I also like the fact that it integrates well with commonly used programs such as Google Drive and Microsoft office through which we can function well with our current programs. Some of the drawbacks of using ContractSafe are that its reporting functionality options are somewhat restricted. It is often difficult for us to provide elaborate reports or adapt them according to the requirements of a task. This is a limitation in the analysis and utilization of contract data which may lead to slow down the decision making processes. We had our agreements, vendor contracts and other documents all over the place. Our early-stage biotech company has numerous important NDA's, and many of them began expiring at the end of last year. We knew that our lack of tracking important expiration dates could cause issues in the near future if we didn't do something to automate this process.

In comes ContractSafe. I met with Charles to do a demo, and I was so impressed with the features, especially the AI function that automatically identifies the start and expiration dates, the company, counterparties, and any other important information you need to identify. You can even set up notifications to alert you to upcoming expiration dates.

ContractSafe is one of the most intuitive services I've ever used. I signed up about a month ago, and I've already uploaded over 150 documents. I especially love the ability to tag each document, create links, and set up folders and subfolders to easily organize our documents.

There onboarding process was easy, and I have all the support I needed. Their security is top-notch as well.

I highly recommend ContractSafe for any organization that wants to improve tracking of important contracts and agreements. You won't regret it!
