Limited AI and OCR Accuracy: While the OCR is a pro, some of our users find the AI capabilities for data extraction to be less than perfect, often requiring manual updates for accuracy. As a new user, I found it a bit difficult to navigate at first. Some actions (like uploading or editing metadata) weren’t as intuitive as I expected, and I had to spend time figuring things out or checking the help documentation. The system is easy to use and allows us to store our contracts by the business areas needed. Once you have set up your required fields on a record, you can easily collate contract information by downloading reports or filter and view specific ones when needed. We can also share contracts with others in the business and manage their permissions, which is great! Whilst we are able to set reminders on records for various items, the functionality of the reminders feature is currently limited, for example we cannot easily filter by upcoming or missed reminders by record owners but we have raised this with ContractSafe and have been advised that development is ongoing so hopefully the function will have more features to it in the future. Let's start with customer support - no BOTs but a real knowledgeable person. I've had several opportunities to test the support model and it works.

The product was easy to setup and start using from day 1. It's intuative. I like it. My use case may be somewhat limited, however it was exactly the tool needed to match my requirements.

The tool doesn't allow me to create mathatical logic between two fields on a contract. i.e. input a contract value in a foreign currency AND an exchange rate to USD in a second field to achieve a normalized reporting value in a third field.

I like uniformly formatted data, often leading zeros, hyphens, etc are treated differently by different users... additionally I don't like when there are data fields left blank. When I view multiple contract details in row format (i.e. similar to excel) It would be ideal if I could go to the row/cell and adjust the field value and save the record. Instead I have to go into the individual contract and make the update. (I know I can set fields to being mandatory.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ContractSafe did all of the things at we were looking for. We manage a lot of agreements with various milestone dates in them, and contract safe was perfect for pulling those out and setting up reminders to send to the appropriate team member.

We were able to easily store related documents under one umbrella and make changes as needed, and as the team changed.

Creating a contract and creating an intake form are both time-saving applications. Our contracts are more streamlined and consistent with this app. There are many features within ContractSafe that keep our contracts, requests, ACH and W9 forms organized and easy to access. ContractSafe is user-friendly and intuitive, which makes it a pleasure to use. Implementation is one of the easiest integrations I have had in my 20+ year career. The support and trainings offered have been helpful to our team. We did not need a ton of bells and whistles when we first implemented ContractSafe, but when we realized we could track the COIs here as well, it was a no-brainer to help us stay on track.
