My favorite feature is the ability to set automatic reminders when a contract is about to expire. Before Contract Safe, it was really challenging to keep track of this. The capability to convert PDFs to readable/searchable text is extremely helpful when trying to find certain clauses of contracts we may not have looked at in months/years. It's incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. Some recent improvements are game-changers for me. Often our clients send me parts of policies in separate files. I can now upload the main contract and attach all other related documents. And that's not even the best part. I can then download the policy and all related documents as ONE FILE. Genius!
