  ### 1. All-In-One Tool for Field Service Management

**What do you like best about Contractor+?**

I appreciate that Contractor+ is an all-inclusive platform, which means I don't have to switch between different apps to manage my tasks. It integrates seamlessly with other software and different websites, making my work more efficient. I also value its payment integration feature and how it facilitates referrals, which are vital for my business processes. The automated communications are a standout feature for me, as they significantly reduce the need for manual input, allowing me to communicate effortlessly with clients without having to repeatedly input information or manually write out messages. This automation translates to a significant reduction in my administrative time, which means I can focus more on core business activities. Moreover, the initial setup process of Contractor+ has been quite straightforward and user-friendly, guiding me step-by-step, which made transitioning to this platform smooth and hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about Contractor+?**

I find it frustrating that the pro version of Contractor+ does not include Zapier integration by default, which is important for integrating other software that I use. This lack of integration is a significant drawback because I'm unwilling to spend an additional $350 just to have this feature. The integration with Zapier would be very beneficial as it would allow me to streamline my workflow with the other software tools I rely on.

**What problems is Contractor+ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Contractor+ for invoicing, estimating, bill payments, and scheduling, simplifying field service management. It saves me administration time by automating communications and integrating with other software, allowing seamless client communication and eliminating manual data entry.

**What do you like best about Contractor+?**

I love the action items and prompts in Contractor+ which let me accomplish tasks rapidly. The live map and schedule features are outstanding and allow me to organize my work efficiently. I find the app well thought out, making it versatile beyond invoicing. The invoicing feature looks professional and makes sending and receiving payments quick and easy, benefiting my business greatly.

**What do you dislike about Contractor+?**

I wouldn't necessarily change anything drastically in Contractor+, but I would appreciate an additional feature specifically designed for subcontractors. The current system lacks a streamlined way to drop work orders directly to them, which would significantly improve the workflow for managing subcontractors.

**What problems is Contractor+ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Contractor+ to streamline invoicing and job tracking, making payment processing fast and professional. It consolidates job details, enhancing my organizational clarity.

**What do you like best about Contractor+?**

The product was quite cost effective and simple to use, which worked well for us initially. However, as our company expanded, we found that it lacked the depth we needed to support our growing requirements.

**What do you dislike about Contractor+?**

There was no ability to process change orders.

We have stopped using Contractor Plus because we switched to another project management software.
