V2 Desktop app is faster than V1, screen layouts are reasonably good. However some screens never load on the mobile app, for example the schedule screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Contractor+? New screen layouts are generally better, however color choices could be better when it comes to contrast. Some of the same glitches in terms of error checking that existed in V1 are still in V2. Additionally, the V2 mobile app seems significantly slower than V1 (when switching screens it takes way too long to load them). We have waited well over a year for the promise of 'Significant' performance improvements ... I just don't see it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Couple things: We do eliminate duplicate customers in Quickbooks Online (or at least have a pretty solid workaround for QB's lack of a "service address") Let's connect so we can show you how this works. Also, if you have specific ideas for how you'd like to sync with QB that we don't currently facilitate, we'd love to hear your thoughts and if it's something that's doable, we'll get it done right away. Regarding the pricing going from 5-10, agreed that can be frustrating. We did it like that for the app stores, as subscription management (specifically with iOS) can be a bit tricky. We can definitely create a custom plan for the exact amount of users you need. You can reach out to our support before upgrading and we'll work out pricing that makes sense for you.
