What do you like best about Contractor Foreman?

I like how Contractor Foreman simplifies project management by allowing us to input lead information, create estimates, and track the entire project with ease. I appreciate the estimate approval feature for creating projects and the daily updates from logs and documentation that make tracking projects easier from top to bottom. The cohesion between daily logs, project files, and the client portal is something I personally like, as it makes updating clients in real time convenient. I also find it extremely easy to detail efforts for change orders or damage repair, and getting paid is hassle-free. The training courses provided are a great resource, and after setting up the cost item database and financial integration, using the system has become very easy. What do you dislike about Contractor Foreman?

The user interface gets better every update, but it still needs some work. Such as the todo section for projects. There should be a section within the project that shows the todos, rather than the other way around. Sometimes there isn't cohesion between the sections like there should. I use Contractor Foreman for my masonry construction business, and we use it every day for estimating. It helps us with our estimating and scheduling of jobs, and it's been really amazing. I like that it allows us to track our lead pipeline, know what jobs are coming up, what jobs have been estimated, and are ready for scheduling. The team at Contractor Foreman helped us get set up so fast and answered any questions we had. They were right there to help and followed us every step of the way. I like keeping track of materials and costs with Contractor Foreman. It's important to stay on time and on or below budget, and Contractor Foreman helps me see the flow of materials and costs. It ensures that if the project is running behind or materials cost more than budgeted, the team can regroup and come up with solutions before it's too late. What do you like best about Contractor Foreman?

I like the job cost modules, daily logs, and vendor insurance tracking of Contractor Foreman. All features, including extensive storage for files and photos, allow us to document all aspects of the job from site work to billing and back office insurance records. It's very comprehensive. It's easy to navigate both the mobile and desktop versions, which helps the office discuss information while a field manager can review data on their phone. What do you dislike about Contractor Foreman?

The bidding section works, however it's a little deep in the menu, several layers into the estimate module. Some navigation adjustments would be appreciated. I have been using Contractor Foreman for two years and find it vital for the daily organization of my company. This software has been particularly valuable due to its ability to organize all the information in each project, helping me not to overlook important details when handling large volumes of data. We identified it as the most comprehensive option after evaluating different tools on the market, which proved to be true as it encompasses all the necessary functions efficiently. Despite having faced some initial challenges with the setup, especially with the integration of Quickbooks Online, the support received was excellent and allowed us to overcome them. I appreciate the platform's ease of use, the comprehensive functionality it offers, and find it indispensable for managing estimates, purchase orders, and time records, all of which allow me to handle accounting records, hourly time, and costs in detail. Contractor Foreman is a platform that truly stands out for being complete and usable, reasons for which I would definitely recommend it with a perfect rating.
