"Cost-Effective with Essential Features, But Needs Polish"

What do you like best about Contractor Foreman?

I appreciate how Contractor Foreman keeps our projects organized in one place, greatly improving communication between the field and the office. I love the service ticket module, daily logs, and purchase orders, which make project management tasks more efficient and worthwhile. What do you dislike about Contractor Foreman?

I sometimes encounter challenges because the system glitches at times, which can be disruptive. Additionally, I find it inconvenient that Contractor Foreman doesn't flag you when you go over the estimate, which would be a helpful feature to have. Also, Contractor Foreman doesn't integrate with QuickBooks, requiring us to do double data entry, which is inefficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding the glitch you mentioned, we recently had a brief server issue that may have caused it. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and are working daily to improve system performance further.

To clarify, Contractor Foreman integrates with QuickBooks Online, allowing you to sync your accounting data directly. Our support team would be happy to help verify your setup if needed.

And regarding your suggestion to add a flag or alert when costs exceed the estimate, we completely agree—it’s a great idea!
