There's a great team behind the product who're super responsive as well and support is top notch! **What do you dislike about ContractHero?** There were a few UI elements that got some getting used to as is natural, every criticism/opinion I had was immediately solved by the customer support and other things that I am missing are actually on the roadmap to be shipped soon! **What problems is ContractHero solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am effectively reducing my risk by using this tool. It makes it very difficult to have a mess in your Contract management or spend hours looking for information as everything is easily accessible. ### 7. We would like some more customizable options when it comes to some of the more granular settings. In general, I feel new features release pretty fast. **Recommendations to others considering ContractHero:** If you don't want to manage your contacts manually, give this a try. It's worth it! **What problems is ContractHero solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before we worked with a Confluence page for our contract overview. After trying to attach the 10th document, the page became super slow. Also, there is no option to have a reminder, so we would constantly miss contract end-dates, resulting in unnecessary costs. After adding more and more information to the contract, the list became super wide and very unpractical. We also had issues with user management, it was always are "all or nothing" decision and we could not adjust the access to information before. With ContractHero we managed to solve all of these issues and more ### 10.
