A Microsoft Word plug-in lets teams draft and edit contracts directly in Word. Electronic signatures under eIDAS at AES and QES levels, with saved signatures that can be reused across contracts. Custom reports with charts, filters and grouping. Formula fields for calculated values, for example annual value derived from a monthly rate. Task automation and bulk editing of contracts and tasks. Calendar views with iCal subscription for Outlook, Google Calendar and Apple Calendar. REST API and role-based permissions.
