There are some automtisation tasks that could be implemented in the Contractbook. For example we are working with HR documents, so sometimes the people don't sign the job offers without declining them. I actually can not come up with anything specific that I dislike about Contractbook. The only thing that maybe could be eaiser is to have custom fields/multi-choice questions for recievers to be able to fill in themselves - for example invoicing details or add-ons. Contractbook has some great features that have helped streamline our contract management process. The templates allow us to use our internal contract forms, sign them through the workflow and store them in the contract repository. I also really like that the contracts are fully text-searchable. It can be a little tough Initially with some of the naming conventions of the intergration fields I.e Hubspot has one name, contract book another.
