I also appreciate the excellent customer service. Simon Fox, our sales rep, and Tim Benthem, our Customer Success Manager, were great from start to finish. Contractbook has significantly sped up the process of creating contracts, taking what used to be a 30-45 minute task and shaving it down to minutes by automating contract creation through our CRM, Pipedrive. They allow me to use CB not only as a digital siganutre platform, but also as an integrated solution of other business processes, both internal and external. **What do you dislike about Contractbook?** As an IT/BI user, I genuinly don't dislike anything. I could however imagine that users who are not IT/BI knowledgeable would not utilize CB to it's full potential. **What problems is Contractbook solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. The templates, workflow and set-up of contracts are very user-friendly (and good looking!). The only thing that maybe could be eaiser is to have custom fields/multi-choice questions for recievers to be able to fill in themselves - for example invoicing details or add-ons. **What problems is Contractbook solving and how is that benefiting you?** We send out a lot of contracts to clients each year - at least 200-300 agreements goes out from our sales representatives annually. The platform is adaptable to several use cases, including pdf contracts and internal contract forms. The initial benefit was reduced time in adding and searching for contracts. This software has also provided us with a platform to obtain signatures and provide access to departments around campus. Signees easely gets a mail if they havnt signed, and signing is easy. We love it. We love contract book, and we use the for all our employee contracts. All in all we are very satisfied **What do you dislike about Contractbook?** The cost for been a paying custumer is to big. We are a small company and for us the cost dosent add up. The user experience is very good. I'm in particular a big fan of the template options and the ability to quickly share updated templates to the team. Additionally, the tech stack integration options are important for scalability and to fit into our infrastructure. **What do you dislike about Contractbook?** I don't have any experience that comes to mind. All software tools can - and are constantly - improved, and that goes for Contractbook as well.
