Contractbook first and foremost has excellent customer support, they helped us set up all of our integrations and automatations and were always very responsive if ever we had a question or needed help. I like the idea simplifying and speeding up contract creation in a tool. I like that you are able to use many different templates. I was impressed by the internal and external questionnaire. Specifically the external questionnaire helps with data security (GDPR) because we don't have to receive information through email from. I like being able to a notification to some on a messaging system (slack) to inform them that a contract has been sent out, but then I don't like the initials of that person on our document. Also, would love more options than either a table or all sentences in a row. Looking forward to additional features in text formatting of contracts in the future. I like that Contractbook can help us stay more organized as an institution for our external partners. We are able to see expiration dates and quickly know when an agreement is coming up for renewal. We should have had a meeting first about what all Contractbook could and could not do for our institution. Instead of 30 minutes, we should have been given a better introduction meeting and setup. If we had had a better introduction meeting, we would have spent less than six months setting up how Contractbook would work better for us. We were to the point of not moving forward because we were told too many times that Contractbook could not do that. Morgan Smith was extremely patient with us and heard what we needed for our institution and how Contractbook would work. The best part of Contractbook are the employees really. Both Josh who helped with the technical side of implementing templates and draft sharing, as well as the sales side, who connected us. For example we are working with HR documents, so sometimes the people don't sign the job offers without declining them. What problems is Contractbook solving and how is that benefiting you? It is nice that everything can be done virtually crossing the borders. It also helps that people without scandinavian online identities can sign the contracts. CB allows us to use quick to send templates for contracts that are often used multiple times, such as customer contracts and employment contracts. The efficiency it adds to the contracting process by reviewing a contract directly on the platform where it will be signed and the transparency it provides into the contract data by mapping out key the fields of the contract into the contractbook platform. There are a few things such as notifications settings that could be improved and that give away that the company is still in its early years, but hopefully they can keep iterating and improving! I think the best part is the integrations, especially with our current CRM. The workflows and integrations come across as very intuitive and streamlined.
