Contract Review AI is software for managing contracts using artificial intelligence. It analyzes agreements in formats like PDF, DOCX, TXT, and images, assessing risks or creating contracts from templates, including employment, service, and nondisclosure agreements. It supports legal frameworks in the UK and US. The system identifies clauses and flags risks like automatic renewals or liability limits, assigning severity ratings to prioritize reviews. OCR processes text from images, and risk reports provide clause-specific recommendations. Contract creation uses a question-based workflow to generate agreements, with electronic signatures compliant with ESIGN and UK regulations. AES-256-GCM encryption and TLS 1.3 secure data, while zero-knowledge architecture ensures privacy. A dashboard tracks analyses and contracts for reference.
