I love how easy it is to access Continu and the tracking feature makes it way easier. I don't have to ask who still needs to do a training; I just look at Continu. It helps the training go by faster and keeps track of what has already been done, started, or is missing. Setting up an account and entering my information was very easy.

In my industry, there is a myriad of required trainings to stay in compliance. This inevitably means having to learn to navigate many training platforms. That's why ease of use is the most important feature in a training platform to me--and Continu really delivers!

No downsides to report--the platform is really quite easy to use.

It's really just about ease of use to me. I don't want to have to spend time learning how to use a platform--I just want to information from the training.

I appreciate how Continu creates modules that facilitate learning and allow us to take tests effectively. The layout of these modules makes it easy to continue learning.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

I found the initial setup of Continu to be particularly challenging, which made it difficult to begin using the platform effectively. Additionally, I am not entirely satisfied with the user interface and workflow, which I feel could be improved to enhance the overall experience. There seems to be nothing about Continu that strongly compels me to opt for it again in the future.

I use the product to continue education by creating modules for learning and testing.

**What do you like best about Continu?**

I've been using Continu for about a year and I like the simplicity of the interface and find it easy to add in new courses or easily upload premade content. The team was very friendly and kind though I wasn't directly involved in implementation so I can't speak to that. I do use it multiple times a week.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

I find the reporting feature tricky to use and sometimes easier to just look things up manually. In addition, I find myself having a hard time remembering where I need to go for different activities I want to accomplish. I believe we're still having issues with API setup (but we are a complicated company in that regard).

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Continu serves as our LMS and allows us to stay compliant with state and federal regulation on training.

I find the platform relatively easy to use, making monitoring progress and task completion straightforward. I’ve had a very positive experience using Continu for online training. The platform is easy to use and makes navigating courses simple and straightforward. The manager console is particularly intuitive, allowing us to track employee progress and performance with ease. I also appreciate the automated reminders, which help keep everyone on schedule and engaged without requiring constant follow-up.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

One drawback I’ve noticed, however, is that if you’re pulled away mid-training, the software doesn’t always retain your progress, which can be a bit frustrating. This can be overcome by periodically exiting the course and re-entering which does trigger saving progress.

Continu provides a single e-learning platform for all of our corporate training needs (Onboarding, Training, Compliance, etc.).

I love Continu's intuitive setup process, which made integration and navigation smooth without any hassles. I found the user face easy and intuitive. I appreciate that all the videos come with subtitles, best for training in a shared workplace like mine. I liked the colloquial and straight language used to communicate the more complex ideas. customer support was excellent, and the software integrated perfectly into our system. Perfect implementation. I liked how I could work through the materials piecemeal between other tasks. I used it often.

Sometimes I don't know where to click. Sometimes the videos do not give accurate time estimations.

I'm hoping to see a progress bar on where the agents are on the courses assigned. Also, to have a folder that I can easily assign to new agents and not to type from my list and look for learning tracks and videos/courses to assign manually every single time.

The Continu Program is very simple to use and navigate.  Whenever there is a new assignment to complete or paperwork to sign, the steps are easy to follow.  It makes for efficient office workflow.

At this time, the only dislike I have is not being able to delete an incomplete assignment once the date has passed.

Continu is helping with facilitating assessments for employees - also, it helps us keep an organized account of everything that has been completed.

My manager access is not very intuitive on whether an employee has completed a task.  It shows different colors such as green or yellow under completed tasks but no legend on what different colors mean.

**What do you like best about Continu?**

It allows you to learn over the aspects of the job. You can learn about safety within the company and also about other things such as benefits and what is going on within the company. It allows employers to upload videos to further extend the knowledge within the company and what they expect from employees. You get an e-mail notifying you of an assignment and you also get one once the task is completed. Continu is very easy to navigate when learning. Our company uses Continu on a monthly basis and also more if new information is needed. Luckily, I've never had to use customer support because the program is well functioning.

I can't say anything I dislike. Continu is a great way to learn about things within the company.

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When safety videos are released, it allows you to learn what the safety topic is with a breeze. It has a person speaking out the video and also has subtitles. Instead of meetings, we can use Continu on a single person basis.

Continu has completely transformed the way I approach learning at my company. I especially love how easy it is to track my progress, revisit materials, and engage with hands-on exercises. Honestly, there’s very little to dislike. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be adding more real-time collaborative features—like peer discussion boards or live Q&A sessions for certain courses. I find collaboration while learning to be a key catalyst on learning platforms that few providers truly capitalize on.

I love Continu’s integration with Slack, it made it easier to stay informed and also to communicate and send messages to others in a timely manner.

I have t really seen any downsides as of yet, haven’t been using it for too long but nothing that stands out.

The ability to assign training to any member of the team at anytime. No additional groups that need to be created and it makes things easier. I also like that I can add personal e-mails for contractors.

The fact that you need to source trainings from other companies. An LMS should have its own trainings.

We are no longer using due to the fact that we were not able to source training effectively.

Due to depth infeatures the overall platform is robust which is a much more intuitive setup or expands in onboarding support to enhance the user experience. In addition to this, some integration requires technical assistance.

the major experience with Continu has been positive, The platform significantly optimizes our training processes by reducing costs and automating key administrative functions. It offers a modern, user friendly interface and an integration that does well across departments, allowing us to scale our learning programs efficiently.

**What do you like best about Continu?**

I love the UI and how intuitive it is. I'm a new user and wasn't so sure about what the platform was, but the tutorial videos showed me how to make the most of the product. 

There are also integrations with LinkedIn Learning, which is fabulous for those of us who rely on that for learning and development.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

Of the internal learning platforms I've used, I find this one to be the most modern in design, so I really can't say there's something I dislike about it.

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Continu solves the problem of needing a one-stop-shop for all corporate learning for employees and managers.

**What do you like best about Continu?**

A big plus is that Continu allowed us to integrate it with Slack. So every time the HR would post an assignment for us to watch or work through, I would get a Slack notification and would know to go and complete it. But then again, half the credit goes to Slack, right? )

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

The organising of content was too messy. There are just tabs on the dashboard and I struggle to find content that I am looking for. Another challenge is that once you start watching a video for an assignment, the assignment is marked as completed. So the program doesn't really care if you actually finished the video. This really needs to be addressed - else there will be some who will exploit this.

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, this is a good platform to keep all of the content about your business in one place. Our company mostly uses Continu for onboarding and weekly updates. As long as the HR can give us the set of links to point to the correct content, or create assignments to bundle the content together, this is quite useful.

**What do you like best about Continu?**

The best feature of Continu is that it retains the organization of learning, from time to time. We offer people a chance to release the content slowly and keep track of how people are progressing. I manage learning in our customer support team and this arrangement has helped reinforce relative hard skills over weeks, rather than crushing all of that learning into just 1 week. It helps knowledge to not fade in too quickly.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

The process of editing published content causes significant frustration because it proves to be remarkably challenging. We face problems when we discover outdated information or small mistakes because it takes an excessively long process to implement solutions. We have occasioned delays in launching updates because modifying a single course required too much work to handle efficiently.

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Continu helps us avoid redoing training sessions all over. Traditionally managers were instructing new hires on basic stuff manually and that was taking time away from their work. Today, the courses are there, everything is recorded and structured, and people can review them on their own paces. It freed up our leads to be driven by coaching, not repeating information every single week.

I enjoy that everything is in one place and there's a way to go back and review, and that I receive reminders when deadlines are approaching or have passed.

The only thing I dislike is that if I need to pause a short video during a training I am unable to.

It's helping having the trainings I and my classroom team need to have/take regarding our position without having to find coverage because we are able to do it after class in portions when we are available and have a period of time to get it done.

The platform is easy to use on any device. Laptop, desktop, mobile, or tablet - it works well and allows me to keep track of my learning progress. I like how it shows my historical training knowledge as well.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

The platform doesn't do a great job of reminding you to complete a training. It reminds me too far in advance and too late, so I have to remember to check the tool to see what is due when. I also wish there was a mobile app versus having to open my trainings on a browser on my phone.

It is easy to assign trainings, automate "nudges" to staff to take trainings, and track training completion. We also have the ability to upload our own content which is nice.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

The reporting feature is something that has improved over the years. It just takes a few extra clicks to ensure we have the data we want in the report.

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Continu helps us to assign compliance training and track learners progress. It also helps to "nudge" staff and we can set it up to send reminders to HR or their Manager (or both) so that we don't miss anything.

**What do you like best about Continu?**

Continu has an awesome UI. Love how customizable everything is and how easy it is to implement all of your own personalizations to it. If your conmpany has a lot of information, its the perfect way to integrate that data and organize sections into learnable chunks. You can edit, change, create more whenever you need too with straightforward tools and actions. We use this every single day. Its the literal "bread to our butter" as a company that relies heavily on training and policy management! 
The search function is also a homerun.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

The only downsides of Continu would be that instead of just the images for the UI (user interface) it would be nice to have a list of articles in the personal database vs just the images of the articles show up. More directory style. Otherwise, not much else!

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Continu solves all of our training, all around. It benefits us by enabling a much easier way using technology vs hiring specific trainers to train each part of our onboarding process. Instead, our training and development team uses this software to easily integrate our learning techniques in fun and easy to digest pieces. Continu is a mecha goldmine for tracking learning scores by using the testing feature and making sure new-hires get the proper information and understand it to the fullest. It helps us stay organized and ontop of our companies goals as a team project.

I really like that sepcific programs can be accessable at all times so you can use your downtime to continue learning more about your position, company, or new ways of working. 
I like that programs can be assigned for you to complete with a deadline attached.
I like that this creates a hub where people within the organization can go to seek more training when they have the time to allocate to that training.
Trainings that are recommended are easily accessable through your dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

I would like it if it were a little simpler to search for specific training that I would like to do at any given time. Sometime I have to dig to find the training I desire at that moment.

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Continu provides a centralized location where all members of the organization can access training to refresh their skills or enhance their skills at any given time. This allows supervisors to recommend needed trasinings to help employees gain the skills they need to elevate their careers. Continu allows organizational members to do this at their pace when they have the free time to do it.

I like having the ability to access comprehensive and easy-to-understand information on Continu. The platform hosts a large amount of information accompanied by images, which I find useful and educational.

I find that Continu is not interactive, which makes it less appealing to the user. Additionally, the initial setup, although easy, is boring. I also feel that the platform could improve visually to be more attractive. These features make the overall experience quite basic.

I can access complete information with images easily thanks to Continu, although it would be more beneficial if it were more interactive.

There wasn't many downsides that I noticed when using Continu in my classroom. I would suggest adding a feature to allow admin to reset the password for agents.

The platform is easy to use, and the onboarding is frictionless. I like the ability of creating custom courses, specifically the progression checks that allow to control the flow of the course better.
We use Continu at least once per quarter, and it's ac ore part of delivering training to colleagues

For the current use case - basic training courses - works fine. I need to test it with more complex and interactive material and see how it holds up

Continu makes compliance training at work easy. The dashboard shows which modules you have completed, pending, or assigned. I was new to Continue training, and it was easy to integrate into. Our office uses it for quarterly and 6 monthly trainings.

Some modules are unclear if you are repeating a course that has already been done.

The interface is great, no learning how to navigate the tool.  The modules are easy to search through and the content is presented in an easy to follow format (video and transcript).
Love that there is a Estimated time at the top of each module/section.

Could be more interactive. Video, then handoff to quiz, then handoff to video.

Allowing for us to put together a 'course' of our content, not just assets in a directory.  Also allows for tracking of completions
