What do you like best about Contify?

The flexibility which the platform provides in terms of custom made taxonomy and the ability to add new sources easily and without limitations. The analyst team is also very friendly and service-oriented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contify?

What do you like best about Contify?

The team are keen to improve and develop the system on an ongoing basis, but also inform us if something is not possible due to immovable restrictions. Workarounds etc are developed where possible in order to maximise the effectiveness of the site to our client. Over the course of the project we have been able to build a strong working relationship. What do you dislike about Contify?

Greater clarity surrounding the rationale behind bugs would lead to greater reassurance from our team.Due to the setup of the dashboards and newsfeed there are some areas of the site that take considerably longer to be able to manage than a more traditional website setup, with limited abilities for streamlining of developments. This adds additional time requirements for our writing team and slows down updates for our client.Further, ways to optimise the site have regularly come from our internal team. Contify have been receptive to new ideas put forwards, but it would be beneficial if Contify could suggest ways to increase the ease of processes or ways to make the site easier to view and navigate for our client, based on their programming knowledge. What problems is Contify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Contify has enthusiastically supported our project from pre-launch to now post launch. They are always eager to hear feedback and have asked to see the results of our recently implemented user feedback survey. They are assisting us with putting immediate measures in place to action requests from the survey and are trying to optimise specific areas so that we can achieve the best results from this new aspect. Contify have enabled us to provide a service to our client that we would otherwise be unable to offer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
