The customer service provided by Conterra FIM are not admirable. They are lack to solve any issues that arise and provide support. Use the software, for GL accounts is not supportive. The limited functionality and absence of features hinder its effectiveness in managing accounts reconciliation. The restricted visibility to open AR limits our ability to follow up with customers. Conterra FIM unable to solve the issue of managing accounts payable, by providing a system. This is not capable to simplify our AP process reduces errors and saves time.
