What I like best about Contentstack is its headless architecture, which makes it extremely flexible for managing and delivering content across multiple platforms. The limitations on bulk operations are the least helpful aspect; having to manually publish entries in small batches of 10 or 20 for large campaigns on 110 sites is a real bottleneck. I've been using Contentstack for a while now, and overall, it's been a really positive experience. One of the things I appreciate most is how user-friendly the interface is—it doesn’t take long to get comfortable navigating around and managing content. It’s intuitive enough that even team members who aren’t super technical can jump in and contribute without much of a learning curve.

Another big plus is the range of add-on apps available. For example, the tools for managing translations have been incredibly helpful for our multilingual content. The bulk actions feature is a time-saver when working with large sets of entries or assets, but I do think there’s potential to take it even further.
