"Effortlessly Identifies Dropout Points and Boosts CTR"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Contentsquare?

I find Contentsquare incredibly useful for understanding how customers navigate through our site and identifying where they drop off, which helps us decide what content isn't engaging and where to optimize. We've noticed improvements in both our click-through rate (CTR) and conversion rate (CVR) thanks to the insights gained. I really like the ease and simplicity of the tool; it's intuitive enough that anyone can use it without being an expert. Another standout feature is Sense AI, which allows us to get to answers quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contentsquare?

Nothing comes to mind, the tool is very intuitive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Insightful and Efficient, But Learning Curve for New Users"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Contentsquare?

I find Contentsquare to be very insightful and love how efficient it has become with the use of Sense. I use zoning analysis a lot to understand the biggest boosts in conversion rate on certain landing pages. The initial setup was very easy, and I mostly used the page and product performance modes, which were very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contentsquare?

It can be time consuming to create mappings/segments/goals. It can, at times, not be user-friendly for new users. Perhaps making the menus a bit easier to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Contentsquare is very easy to get up to speed on for beginners and is powerful for expert users. Its easy-to-use interface and visual tools simplify understanding user behavior, which is essential for new hires and new team members. For seasoned users, the advanced funnel and journey analysis, along with granular insights of our web pages, are very beneficial. I also appreciate the better features and better support compared to our previous tool, Crazy Egg. The initial setup was very easy, and the support team is keen to take new suggestions and continuously improve the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Tool with Intuitive Dashboards, Room for AI Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Contentsquare?

I love the benchmark feature in Contentsquare, as it lets me see how well I'm doing against my peers. Dashboards have become really easy to set up and share with colleagues, which is super handy. The impact quantification is amazing, especially with the right integration for personalizations and A/B tests. The text seen segmentation has been super useful for quick checks this year, even when tagging isn't fully implemented. Plus, everything is generally easy to use, comparing different periods is simple, and creating segments is very intuitive. Once you understand how a module works, it's pretty straightforward to dive deeper into any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contentsquare?

I would love to see the benchmarking feature on all my properties. I would love if we could do multiple comparisons in a dashboard (e.g., look at different time frames and different segments). At the moment, I'm not finding the AI very helpful (but I really love the session replay recaps, these are a real time saver). I'm not a fan of the zoning module now that it's gone through a lot of changes. The auto-creation of screenshots is creating more screenshots than I need and the zoning panel on the right doesn't really add much (for me at least). It was so long ago, I'm not sure I remember everything. I do remember the learning curve was a bit steep at the beginning, but once you got a hang of it, it got easier. "Simplistic AI View, Impressive Time Saver"
5/5
What do you like best about Contentsquare?

I love the simplicity of Contentsquare and the way the AI view allows me to save time analyzing data. The AI view helps me to more easily identify areas ignored by visitors, which is particularly useful for understanding a high bounce rate. The initial installation of Contentsquare was also easy, which made the integration very smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contentsquare?

Some filters could be more intuitive, particularly the segmentation by device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient, User-Friendly, But Setup Needs Refining"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Contentsquare?

I like how easy it is to start using Contentsquare and get visually digestible results. This makes my weekly analysis of site performance much simpler, especially after making changes. I appreciate getting quite an easy analysis that is visually appealing to share, which means my analysis takes far less time to carry out and less time to put into a format to present to stakeholders. The initial setup was very easy as a team was helping us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contentsquare?

The mappings are quite fiddly to set up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A versatile tool for analyzing behaviors, navigation, and technical aspects"
5/5
What do you like best about Contentsquare?

I appreciate the versatility of the tool and the complementarity between its different features. It allows us to have both data on behaviors, navigation, as well as on the technical specifications of our site, etc. This way, we can detect a problem, but more importantly, understand the reason for it, and then know how to solve it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contentsquare?

The main disadvantage, in my opinion, is that the tool is subject to consent and therefore does not allow access to all quantitative data, unlike Adobe Analytics, for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Isabel Sauer of Contentsquare

Hey!

"Streamlined Insights with Contentsquare, but Needs Error Refinement"
5/5
What do you like best about Contentsquare?

I appreciate the easiness of learning what I need, and it's very clear to use as a platform. I love using SENSE analyst because it really gets rid of the legwork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contentsquare?

Error analysis is a big one for us. It picks up errors sometimes that we don’t necessarily deem as errors. Also, loading the session replays could be more strategic and easier to filter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Isabel Sauer of Contentsquare
