At times writers are not great at following the briefs we provide, but my managing editor is excellent and reigning them in so that I don't have to deliver that feedback. The automated workflows and editorial calendar make it easy to see exactly where your content is in its creation process, what steps are next and any potential blockers. For instance, there's no way to default that all links should open in a new tab (you have to manually select for each link you add) and there doesn't seem to be a way to set an order for your custom tags or list of integrations when pushing to a CMS. Contently saves me hours of manual work each work by automating workflows and sending reminders to my writers to keep them on task.
