Initial delivery is already good enough but if there's any questions or requests of more details around the 'talking points' delivered, the team's available and responds pretty fast, which ensures the leads generated do not get cold. **What do you dislike about pharosIQ?** Haven't encountered any issues with their service on lead generation through content syndication as I'm writing this review. **What problems is pharosIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a problem with quality around leads delivered to sales through ABM content syndication. Our conversion rates were going down. With the help of contentgine, we're recovering our conversion rates. This translates to more opportunities (open pipeline). ### 4. The CPL is more than reasonable, but their customer service and partnership is beyond exceptional. **What do you dislike about pharosIQ?** I dont have any real dislikes when it comes to Contentgine. Their intent data could use some more depth but I know that is a newer part of the program. We use it to supplement the intent that we currently have. **What problems is pharosIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are bringing us net new contacts from target accounts that we specifically are trying to fill out the rest of the buyer group for. We use the intent data and account intelligence as supplemental information for the intent we already get on other platforms. ### 7.
