Coming from an older stagnant CMS, Contenful is a modern headless CMS that's easy to use. In the few short months that I've been using it, I've already seen more improvements and new features added behind the scenes than our past CMS provided in a MAJOR update. I have run into issues with updating content, leaving it as a draft and not publishing, "session bugs" as one dev described it.
