**What do you like best about Litera contentCrawler?**

Everything is an automated end to end process. It can run 24/7 without any staff intervention. It has smart monitoring,better search framework like in any organization if you want any file it can find It in fraction of times. It gives periodic mail notifications of error reporting and processing statistics.

**What do you dislike about Litera contentCrawler?**

Sometimes gives too much of information than required. Few website are easily manipulated .If there were any secured documents unless the setting allowed it can't create a copy

**What problems is Litera contentCrawler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greater compression can be gained if the original image or any pdf have very DPI. Less compression for the original documents which contains mixture of text and images. It includes multi language recognition of over 180 languages.

ContentCrawler has a great features which is very helpful to make our documents searchable in seach results.

The Search engine optimization feature was not that great as expected, but it was easy to use and customize.

**What problems is Litera contentCrawler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a tech writer of my company, so it helped me and my documents to become searchable on the internet.
