For year working in the marketing industry, and using different sharing drives for advertising and other marketing material has always been a tedious and hectic task. We subscribed to ASMBL, for its wonderful AI capabilities and catalogue options. As I consult with small businesses for their marketing requirements, ASMBL has become the most powerful tool for our use to organize all assets and with the addition of AI capabilities, it is now easier than ever before. A big positive with ASMBL is that it’s constantly being improved, with new features and enhancements that make the platform even more powerful. The downside, though, is that each new feature requires a bit of learning to incorporate into our workflows. It was super easy for us to get started/implement it quickly. Use it pretty much everyday within our small company where we are creating a ton of new content to try and standout. We are an AI company so it is really cool to see how they are using AI here to make managing files easy.... Really cool ability for us to search and find our assets without having to worry about dialed in titles or anything we added manually. Also helps us get our larger files out to our external partners without having to relly on other tool. Haven't need much support, but our customer success rep regularilly checks in. Getting up and running/completing admin setup quickly and easily was important to me. ASMBL’s customer success rep made the implementation process super seamless. Their tech support helped walk me through how to get all our integrations configured. I can basically type in a keyword and it finds exactly what I need. Reduces a lot of wasted time just looking for stuff.
