Content Snare is the one tool I can not live without. Since using Content Snare it cut down the waiting time for content to a fraction of what it was. You set up your template once, and reuse it for every client with a possible few tweaks that make it look professional and specific to that client. You can ask questions with descriptions in such a way that the client is comfortable with what you need from them and therefore it is no longer a problem for them. The reminder emails that they get is so helpful because it keeps them thinking about the process rather than putting it out of their minds until the last minute. Somehow, if the reminder emails come from the system, it carries more weight! As answers come in, you can accept or reject with an explanation to why it's rejected, which means clients will know immediately if the info they are sending is not what you need. It saves a ton of time as they can make immediate adjustments.
The system comes with fantastic ready-made templates and articles that also guides the clients as to how to write good content. This is very helpful! You can save your requests in sections or as a full request, so you can put together a new request in a matter of minutes as you build up your library.
One of the best features for me personally is I can write my questions, instructions and descriptions in any language. So again it makes for a more personal experience for my clients.
The support is absolutely fantastic. They are constantly asking for feedback on how to improve the system, and they actually listen and follow those suggestions. I've been using the system for a few years now and it has changed from a slightly difficult system to very user friendly with everything at your fingertips.
Bottom line is, I actually have clients asking me if we can use Content Snare for follow up work, rather than 100s of emails back and forth. That says it all! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, anything I could have said here has been addressed in updates. I can't think of a single thing at this stage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
