Content Harmony is my go-to brief-building tool. It saves me hours every week, especially now that all my writers are up to speed on how to use it. I love the fact that it almost does all our research for us (at least for SEO-heavy pieces) by pulling the most important competitor content for the selected KW.
All I have to do is go through the KW report, find relevant H1s and H2s, identify interesting angles, and mark them up. There's no digging around, googling, and trying to guess at the KWs to find the most relevant information - it's all there. Once I'm happy with my research, I switch over to the Content Brief section and it's all already there, ready to be sent out to my writers! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much to write here - I feel like this is nitpicking. But the Content Grader tool tends to be a bit slow if you decide to actually write in it. So I don't do that - I write in docs and simply copy-paste stuff to the Content Grader once I'm ready to evaluate it. So it's an easy issue to side-step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
