What do you like best about Content Beta?

What do you dislike about Content Beta?

You might have to be very prescriptive with the type of animations and items you want to be highlighted in the videos produced. Their animations and design elements are also a bit limiting, so you have to be mindful of that when producing content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Content Beta solving and how is that benefiting you?

"Great turnaround for tight timeline project"

What do you like best about Content Beta?

We did several projects with Content Beta at RudderStack. I worked with the Content Beta team on three videos: a product/company pitch video for SXSW Pitch (~3min), a feature demo for a product launch (~5min), and a deep-dive future walkthrough (15-20min). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Content Beta:

If you have a technical product, working with Content Beta gives you a lot of flexibility and control. You can record and send them videos and scripts, and they will handle all of the editing (and do it well). They can also create everything from scratch too, because they are technical in their own right. So you can be very specific about what you want or be very loose about your requirements or anywhere in between. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Content Beta solving and how is that benefiting you?

RudderStack is constantly maturing. The feature-set is maturing and the UI is maturing, both rapidly. Having product-focused videos, both short-form and long-form, is important to keeping customers up-to-date as well as driving interest. Content Beta helped us with this. Their videos opened up a new channel and form for communicating with customers and the market.

We used the videos in several different marketing tactics – from posting on social, to including in blog posts, to including on website pages. Not only are the videos good content in their own right, but they are great for enriching other content to make it more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were looking for a production team to help us produce a series of How-To videos for our SaaS. Coincidentally, Content Beta reached out to us, but we have initially distanced ourselves due to the price tag of their offering being a little lower than we would estimate, and that it may be a sign of the quality of the end product (you get what you pay for).
